I too have problems with the USPS LA distribution center, but know that this is not the distribution center in question, this place has no affiliation with the USPS and we should not be slandering them here. I’m sure that the people who work here are infinitely times more competent and good at their jobs than the people at USPS could ever be.

I need for everybody working at this distribution center to get it together and send these packages out! I’ve been tracking this package for the past three days and it’s been in the same distribution center SINCE ITS BEEN SHIPPED ! Something isn’t adding up I don’t know if you guys to need to fire some people or hire some people, but do what you have to do to get these packages out ON TIME! My package better be here before March 12th.

My package has been stuck here in transit for one month. Where is it and how long is it still going to be here. If I don’t see it making any progress I will file a complaint.

I ordered a product on November 25th, 2020 and it has been stuck in California In transit for the past month. A FULL MONTH, when amazon got my package to me in 2-3 days. If I had known about the absolute atrocious work ethic of this distribution center, I wouldnt have ordered the product in the first place. I see that this place has quite the horrible reputation but I wish that there was some way that buyers could know about which routes their package will take and the reputations of the respective distribution centers that the package must go through BEFORE their purchases.

Sellers who send packages to the Los Angeles, CA Distribution Center (where packages just sit there forever) SHOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND OFFER REFUNDS FOR NON-SHIPMENT! I ordered on November 27, 2020. I received an email from the SELLER on December 1, 2020 telling me my package was OUT FOR DELIVERY AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO MARYLAND ON DECEMBER 7, 2020. AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY PACKAGE (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BIRTHDAY PRESENT), I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE SELLER (BY ROSIE JANE) REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE!!! I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL! THE SELLER SAYS THEY SHIPPED MY PACKAGE. BUT, IF A CONSUMER NEVER RECEIVES THE PACKAGE, THE SELLER (IF THEY ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY) SHOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION BY EITHER ISSUING THE CONSUMER A FULL REFUND OR RE-SENDING THE ORDER OVERNIGHT USING UPS (WHICH DOES SEND OUT PACKAGES). THEN, THE SELLER SHOULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE USPS AND HAVE THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT IS SITTING AT THE LOS ANGELES, CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND RE-ROUTE THE PACKAGE BACK TO THEM. I SUGGESTED THIS, BUT THE COMPANY BY ROSIE JANE REFUSES TO DO THIS. LIKE I SAID, ONCE THE SELLER GETS YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! IT IS PATHETIC!!! TIRED OF SEEING THE SAME MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AGAIN INDICATING MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELAYED BUT IT IS IN TRANSIT!!! BS!!!! MY PACKAGE IS, IN FACT, NOT “IN TRANSIT.” IN TRANSIT MEANS THE PACKAGE IS MOVING! I had two packages ordered at the exact same time from the same vendor. Both arrived here and while one was shipped to my local usps the other has been sitting here 7 days now. At this point I’m wondering if someone has stolen my package. How come they weren’t shipped together???

My package was here for 3 days. I understand that the pandemic might be holding things back but it is a bit long. I would just say to not worry if your package is sitting there. It will eventually leave the facility.

I ordered a package from Shein (Chinese manufacturer), and it took less time for it to go over the whole Atlantic Ocean. I know due to the COVID protocols that it may have some sort of delay, but it has been sitting there for 5 days. I wanted the clothes to arrive before my trip, which is in less then a week, and it seems at this rate that it wont.

This facility is a black hole if your package arrives here it is safe to say it will be delayed its happened many times.

My package got from Vancouver, CA to that location for one day. From that location to Phoenix, AZ it needed 5 days. If use camels...would be faster. This is just the last example....and the list is too long to be published. I made endless clles to DC (the USPS Main office) with no luck....

I placed an order on etsy, i have 2 international parcels that have been sleeping this centre for 17 days now. Even ali express was faster. I know that France is far away but please!

My parcel has been with usps since June 23th. They keep taking around LA from one office to the next. I have been going through all the offices in LA and they wouldn’t tell me where exactly my parcel is. This is sickening. USPS is a big disappointment.
