My PC temperatures were getting really high so I brought it in and they diagnosed the problem very quickly (my CPU cooling system wasnt working correctly). The were able to install a new watering cooling system and got me back up and running the same day! I brought a laptop to Computer Doctors because it was refusing to boot up for no apparent reason after a do-it-yourself hardware upgrade. Victor was very reassuring and very responsive, and his team had the laptop fixed within 24 hours of dropping it off. I would definitely go to them first for any computer issues in the future.

I had a lick on my CPU liquid coolant that made my PC not turn on. I thought that I permanently had burnt the graphics card or motherboard. Decided to drop of my computer at Computer Doctors and the first feeling was that they were really nice people that cared about what they were doing. Just picked up the computer and its working great!, they were really professional, responsible and meticulous cleaning up every part of the computer that got affected by the liquid and recovered something that I thought was burnt. Thank you for helping me out and getting me up and running again. Really reasonable price.

Victor is very friendly and quickly identified the issue. He replaced my hard drive and charged a reasonable amount, finishing the job in just a day.

Victor, Luis, and the whole staff at Computer Doctors are excellent. One morning, I opened my Dell XPS laptop as per usual, and it suddenly shut down. It wouldnt turn back on or charge--I knew then something was wrong and above my level of expertise. I brought my computer to Computer Doctors, and over the next several days, was in constant contact with Luis and Victor as they assessed the damage and kept me in the loop with great information every step of the way. The damage was extensive, and Victor and Luis were more than honest with me in their advice: they could fix it for me, but it would be more cost-effective if I just got another computer. They transferred my hard-drive data to my new laptop, loaned me an excellent MacBook Pro to work on while they repaired my PCs, and even held the store open a little late for me to pick up my new laptop with all my information uploaded to it intact. And all this for an incredibly reasonable price!! I cannot recommend Computer Doctors enough--gracious, kind, experts with suburb customer care and prices. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

The job has always been done very well and the staff/techs are courteous and nice.Ive even gotten to know one of the techs. Businesses really lack the kind of customer/employee interaction that helps build trust and mutual obligations for the most part. This business is unique and refreshing in this sense.I have been here three times to resolve minor issues and obtain upgrades.Being a Latino, its very important for me that this is a Latino run business. I like to see members of my community doing very well and feel the need to support them in an outspoken manner, just the same as our fellow black minorities do in their communities. We should all be in it together.Parking is plentiful usually.

Luis is so awesome and ran a free diagnostic for me!! It ended up just being a power issue and he didnt even change me for the diagnostic. He was very up front about pricing if there had been an issue, and was super fast. I will definitely trust them in the future! Im not used to such great service! Lol

They were so friendly and professional and took little time to work on my computer when I went in. They seemed to be very honest and didnt try to price gauge me. My computer wouldnt turn on anymore and it turns out it just needed new batteries. They dont charge to just diagnose your computer issue unlike how some other places do.At this location theres extra underground parking if you need which is great! They are also being very hygienic because of Covid and conscientious of social distancing which I like.

Luis diagnosed a power issue in my computer and it turned out that was caused by a dead capacitor in the motherboard. Unfortunately we couldnt fix this, and he didnt charge any cost about the diagnosis. I think he was so honest, and definitely I will visit here again once I have another computer problem some other time.

I was told by Geek Squad my $400 laptop PC would require an upwards of $400 repair so I might as well get a new one. I got a second opinion at Peters and they fixed it has soon as the necessary parts arrived for a much, much lower price. I would recommend Peters to anyone for quick, high quality service, honesty and fair prices.

I called Max today looking to see if he could help fix my PC issue. He quoted me his price, and wasnt fully sure if he would be free, but in the meantime really took the time to walk me through my issue over the phone, and helped assess whether it was something I really should pay to get repaired or not. He pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to figure out the rest to get my issue resolved.

These guys are so honest and reliable which is rare in this business. They gave me great advice on purchasing a new MacBook Pro for my music production needs. I kept getting the BSoD (blue screen of death) and it was soo annoying. I went here to get a quote and it was pretty good because I didnt have a back up file. In no time my laptop was fixed and Ive had no issue thus far. All my files were there and the experience was quick. Highly recommended it.

My 2014 Macbook Pro needed a new motherboard and Victor got it done in half the amount of time that Apple estimated and the cost is not even comparable. Brought in my dusty beater PC which had stopped booting into Windows. They sat down with me for 25 minutes and figured out that it was a memory card. They offered to buy one for me but told me how to search for it on Amazon for cheap. Then they sent me on my way with NO BILL. I was so shocked I gave they guy all the cash (only $10) in my wallet as a tip. Cant beat that experience. Really friendly too. Clean, bright place. In summary, they fixed my computer for free in less than 30 minutes.

I try many times to support local businesses but sometimes I feel I shouldnt. I brought in my laptop simply to get the screen changed cause it cracked. The guy told me it would be done by Friday or Saturday the latest (i dropped it off on a tuesday). Come Sunday I havent gotten a single notification so I call and he tells me oh it will be ready by Tuesday. I get a call Tuesday that it will be ready Wednesday and not only does he keep pushing back the date he ends up not replacing my broken screen to how it was. My laptop is a touch screen and he ends up putting a screen that cant do it and just a week after getting it back the screen seems to be loose. The only benefit was that he didnt charge me for labor or parts but at the end he didnt fix my computer. Take your computer here if you wish but just be aware you might not get your item back right away or how you want it.

Very Good. They are always in time in repairing, in case of hard drive fails, server issues, networking, computers, etc.. Very impressed with the customer service at Computer Doctors.The technicians here would do almost any computer tasks that you could ask for.The issue I have is, there’s a dog, I’m afraid I might step on it.

I almost never write reviews but they deserve more than a great review, they deserve your business.My 7 years old iMac suddenly stop working at a very critical time. I needed to print urgent PDF files off of it. I called and spoke to them and right away i knew they are the type of business i wanted to deal with. Great customer service, great knowledge of computers WITH OUT trying to make me feel stupid about my lack of basic knowledge. When i arrived with my Mac, they were able to take care of me immediately and take a look at my computer right in front of me and let me know what they are probably able to do and not do. Every single member i had an interaction with was very professional and kind. I have been in the customer service industry for a very long time from high end and low end businesses and this is one of the best customer service experience ive ever had HANDS DOWN! At a time of high stress, not knowing what to expect cost wise or what will happen to my data and time of great urgency they did their best to sincerely help me out. My computer needed a new hard drive and data retrieval. I felt good about the cost and very secure with my sensitive personal information in their hands. Their shop has a clean calm professional feel. This is my first time not taking my computer to the APPLE store and i must say, though i often have a positive experience with Apple employes this was a much more pleasant experience. They cheated me. My laptop wasnt changing and they told me it was that the motherboard start was in legacy but they had clean also the ventilator inside. They charged me $60 and it only worked one week. I had to take it to another place. When the other guys opened the laptop in front of me it had a burnt cable and it was the problem.
