Went here for the first time to get a few pieces (5-6) altered. It was finished a week later and found the work to be done really well! All the seams were seamless and it was like I bought it like that. The tailor did a really good job. The price was also reasonable for the quality of work. I will probably come back again and I would recommend this place to friends.

I’ve been going to Paragon for a while now and they always get rid of all the stains in my clothes, it’s amazing. I have them a pair of my swim shorts recently, covered in ink, and it came back looking good as new.

I had found Paragon through a google search and Im so glad I did. they restored my blazers which had a yellow stain from being in storage as I was moving.

This place is great. I brought my Halloween costume to get taken in. Cobra was so attentive to the fine details and did a seemless alteration job. I have only used this dry cleaner one time so far but I have no complaints. They are a large dry cleaner and they have plenty of counter space up front with several employees helping the customers drop off or pick up their dry cleaning. I did not have to wait the one time I dropped off and picked up the next day. My clothes were professionally dry cleaned, the prices are reasonable, you are in and out quickly and they have their own parking lot. Cant ask for much more than that.

Top-notch dry cleaning service that is environmentally friendly with usually only about a one-day turnaround. I think they may be a bit more expensive than some other places, but its worth it for me since I dont dry clean clothes very often. In any case, if you want to make sure you get your dry-clean only threads back in good shape, take them here. But as I said in my other review, go to Abes on Sunset and Wilcox specifically for suede/leather cleaning, tailoring, and shoe repair.

Had a poor experience and let them know. I also posted a review, but the owner called me in the meantime mortified at her staffs handling of my issue. She was greatly apologetic and refunded my money without question. Im sorry we had to go through all that but Im also very glad we resolved it. They are a mainstay in Hollywood and I was honestly surprised, but glad to learn that it was really just a one-off.

I unknowingly spent close to $50 to get a few non stained shirts dry cleaned. When I question one worker their she takes as an insult and starts to argue with you. They dont have a price breakdown listed anywhere so you dont know what theyre charging you. This was my third time using paragon and this was my last. Its too bad because Ive lived in this neighborhood for eight years. They do not value customers.
