DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE. $76.00 isnt a fortune but that is what I am out due to this business shrinking an item that I brought in for dry cleaning. The owner completely turned on me after years of polite patronage of this business because his ego was bruised after I brought the garment back and complained that it was shrunk. What kind of owner cannot professionally handle a complaint? First, there was denial, then he said he would try to restore the item when I showed him how much it had shrunk ( I have the EXACT same item in a different color and they dry cleaned that one previously and no issue). After the item was worked on it still did not fit the same as when I brought it in and certainly fits completely different than the other one in the same size, style and color. I am not a textile expert but that is why I entrusted the business to take care of the item properly which did not happen. The owner even said to me I was going to give you the money for it but you wrote a bad review. WOW.... never in my life have I done business with someone so petty and unprofessional. I am the customer and I deserve to be treated with respect. The owner continued to mock me and his children intervened and tried to diffuse the situation because their father was too incensed to be professional over $76.00 + $16.00 that I paid to dry clean an item that has been shrunk. Lesson learned. They love their customers until something goes wrong- the owner wont be able to handle it and since he is calling all of the shots, you may get some sympathy from his kids but you wont get a resolution. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I had been treated with respect, there would not have been a bad review.

Terrible service!! Anyone wants to take their expensive clothes to there please pay attention!! I took my Supreme X TNF by any means Nuptse jacket (brand new worth over $3000) there, and ask them to take care of two small stains with wet wash and mild detergent specifically. After the service, I found the stains was still there and black scratches all over my jacket and partial of my jacket dyed darker. When I question them about the damage, they treat me with terrible attitude and does not willing to take any responsibility. During the discuss, there was basically no solution offered. All they offered was re-clean it one more time which I give them a second try, but they only made more black scratches and the yellow color was further faded. After two terrible services, I have no choice but take my jacket and leave because all they offered was still re-clean it.Add review: By the way, I am super curious what kind of agreement was offered except re-clean it?After two services the end result was the jacket was dyed partially black and black scratches all over the jacket. They claimed that the black color came off from the inside of the jacket.Common sense:1. If you really performed wet clean as you said you did. Why the jacket was dyed partially black? If the black color came from the jacket itself, and undergo wet cleaning the black color should evenly distributed by water right?2. It is common sense to turn the down jacket inside out before put it into a loading washing machine. Then where did all those black scratches came from on the outside of the jacket?

The worst service ever they burned an expensive skirt and pants that I took to get dry cleaned and hemmed. Dont go to.... you gonna regret it $ ipay like $90 for them to burn my cloths. 0 stars

This is the best service I have ever had . This place is runs at a professional level, the whole staff is friendly and caring. They remember you, they go above and beyond and ask about you. They are fast,reliable, provide professional service.

This is my local drycleaning spot, and Im very happy to have found it! My clothes came back looking brand-new, and their tailoring services exceeded my expectations as well! I did quite the experiment with an old dress of mine, and the fit was wonderful, stylish, just perfect. I will be continuing to give my business here and trust them with my closet and fashion experiments :)

Great dry cleaners. They were very quick and cheap. Great turn out as well. The Parking sucks here. Very limited parking and people will start yelling at you which may startle you like it did to me. But overall, my favorite dry cleaners near DTLA.

You guys -- this place fixed my dress in a pinch when every other place in town was charging too much and giving too long of a time frame. They have a tailor ON SITE so their fees are fair and they get it done quickly. Great friendly service. I will come back!

I always come here for my alterations or repair. I spilled a myriad of cocktails all over my white pants for my birthday in addition to dirt/mud on the hem from the ground (remnants of a fun night apparently)... AND they were able to remove ALL of the aforementioned. Great prices and friendly staff!!

Jens is fantastic - I had an intricate, heavily beaded and embroidered dress I needed altered for a special event and didnt want to take it to any alterations shop. Jens did a wonderful job (you cant even tell it was altered) and turned it around faster than expected!

Occidental cleaners offers a friendly staff and great service. Ive used them for both dry cleaning and minor clothing alterations, and have been exceedingly happy with the results every time. The only downside is the difficulty of finding parking in their tiny lot, but if you can deal with that, I highly recommend them.

I have to give it a two stars at least because they were nice employees and they did help me. Its been two weeks after I came from this place and I finally decided to take the clothes off the bag i was given it with because I was worried about my weight so I got curious. Through further inspection, I noticed that the pants were burned and had straight lines on the outer portions of the legs but not the inner. I have to assume it came from the press they have. Just as extra background, the clothing is an H&M suit that has only been worn twice in 2 months. Really sucks to see my favorite suit burned that way, but unfortunately the pants are already burned. All I can do is warm you.

Awful costumer service and bad cleaning results!!!! After my cloth was ruined, I tried to talk with manager, but one of the ladies refused to do that. SAD. If you value your clothing, dont go there. （Add a review: Lets just say, your management refuse to communicate or offer a viable solution? All solution and agreement offered was re-clean the jacket. And we gave you second shot to make thing right, but you made the jacket even worse during the second service. When we confront you about the damage the second time, the solution and agreement your management offered was still re-clean it.）
