I’ve been going to this place for dry cleaning and alterations for a couple of years. The service is always stellar and the quality of their work has always been great. They’re fast, too, and text when items are ready.Recently I had a couple of pairs of pants tailored here and they did a fantastic job! Four stars because the prices are a little steep but worth it for the service and care they provide compared to the other places I’ve been in the area.

Pretty pricey here. I brought a shirt in that I spilled on. They never called me to tell me it was ready and when I picked it up they were like sorry the stain didn’t come out. Doesn’t even look better at all. Honestly, I think I’ll have better luck with a regular wash. They are nice but I wouldn’t trust my nice things being washed here

Warning!!!!!Terrible cleaning and terrible service. They didn’t cover my buttons and now it’s all scratched when my girlfriend asked about it they said they will call back and never did. Terrible service

Very nice and cordial but I guess they kill you with kindness to mitigate the pain from the bill. $4.5 a pound for a wash and fold is obscene and I live in Manhattan. I take full responsibility for not checking the ticket for the price before I left but $25 for washing 5Lbs of underwear, tee shirt and socks. Come on man!

* don’t bring your clothing there*I’d give it zero star if I could. I brought a suit with a bag/belt. They broke the belt and just pinned it to a hanger and never told me that they broke it. After I noticed I called and since they found out that I wasn’t in canada and couldn’t come in ignored my text and when I called basically told me to F off that it’s been to long and should of notice before.And when I called he at first tried to say that he just bought the business in January so it wasn’t him that did the cleaning.The man is Extremely dishonest and rude

Amazing customer service. Gleecy & Jeff were nothing but kind to me. I did a walk in and I felt very welcomed that I came back. I got 4 suits tailored and dry cleaned and the quality of work was amazing. Pricing wasnt too bad either.I paid for the customer service and the care I received. I felt accepted and cared for so I will further my business here with them. Thank you again you two!

I first came here because I needed suit alterations done. The alterations were quite extensive due to my preference of wearing tapered/slim suits. The quality was excellent and the turn around time was faster than big companies I’ve gone through. Staff is friendly, I’ll certainly be back for dry cleaning my suits.

This place is too expensive. I gave 14.50 to clean my adidas. What bothered me is that they didn’t even care after i told them

I love the service at this place. My clothes are well taken care of ALL the time. Whenever I have rush tailoring it always gets done. And the tailoring is perfect every time. I wont take my clothes anywhere else!

Expensive but worth it. Wash and fold and dry cleaning was a superior service to any other option locally.

They work very fast and when get the job done

A month ago they lost my sports coat. They said for me to call back in a week and maybe it turn up by then. I called and they said they would mail me a check. The check never came. Today I called them and the owner lied and said his records showed that the item was returned to me and refused to pay me.
