I have known Kay from Sunny Dry Cleaners since I was a small child. She used to teach me Korean when we’d bring in our clothing for dry cleaning. A few years ago, I went to her other location that is now closed and would bring her a couple of hundred dollars worth of dry cleaning a month. Then I noticed when Kay was at the register she started charging me extra. I called her out on her inconsistent pricing and she said, “You large woman. Clothes bigger. More money!” I was shocked and devastated. She had fat shamed me and charged me double what her son and workers would charge me. I have not been back since. She saw me in the parking lot of Sunny Dry cleaners a few months after she made me cry. I was going to the vet in the same shopping plaza and she begged me to come back. I told her what she did was shameful and very hurtful and she lost a customer.

She cleaned the material and dress and all if it was more than reasonably priced. All of the cleaning is done on premises and you can tell they take great care with everything they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

I started going here a few years ago for the tailoring which has been very good. They have lost an expensive sweater recently with absolutely no worry or suggestion of compensation. They asked me for a photograph because even with my description they could not still locate it for weeks...I had to dig up an image on -line from the designer..still no luck..they have misplaced things in the past that eventually show up a few months later. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone unless you do not care about losing your clothes...the tailoring part is great.

Sloppiest. most unreliable cleaner I have ever been to. 50% of the time theres something missing (i.e. buttons, straps) or done incorrectly with my order... and I have gotten other peoples dry cleaning mixed in with mine twice. They call frantically to demand it back and when I was out of town, got angry at me. Terrible service all around, and the prices are no better than Crown Cleaners or elsewhere that has themselves put together.

Its the best cleaner I have been to in my life. Its a one stop place where they can do everything from cleaning your hat to your shoes and anything in between. Also, they dont charge extra for sameday service like most dry cleaners in LA. Try them. You wont regret it!

Ive been here several times and each visit they say come back on a certain day to pick up my dry cleaning. The day is also printed on the receipt. I return for my items right before closing on the day suggested and theyre not there. Be warned they dont get your dry cleaning back to you in a timely manner. I was told the owner doesnt feel its important. Apparently the employee gets this complaint all the time and has also expressed frustration.
