First off, the owner notified me with a text that I left a collectors enamel pin on my laundry and I didnt even realize it until then! Ive gotten amazing alterations for my jeans and wonderful clean up jobs on my sneakers from there. Always friendly and professional service and I couldnt ask for more.

The service here is not the best at all. I dropped off 6 jackets and was chard 70 for not one of them to have been fully cleaned. There was literally still food on one of them. He noticed and still charged for the cleaning. The man was not wearing a masking and coughing the entire transaction. Their card machine was not working and he kept swiping my card so I was charged the $70 three time out of my account. Then he ask for cash! I had to pull up my account to show him it already came out. This place is terrible. Poor customer service and the cleaning was not worth anything.

They insisted that they could clean suede, gloves came back ruined.

Worst Business!!! I took my uniform work clothes 3 days ago and promised me to be ready at 5pm for pickup since those are my work clothes I’m going to use for the following day. I arrived at the place at 5pm gave them more time at least before they close and next thing you know my clothes are not even cleaned and was still in the basket. The guy who I think was the owner doesn’t seem to care about my uniform I’m gonna be wearing tomorrow. I understand it’s pandemic but all of us essential workers depends on dry cleaning since we don’t have time to do our laundry coz. of what’s going on in the world but all I was asking the guy was consideration. He could have called me early morning to let me know my clothes will not be ready and I could have time to find some other cleaners to finish my clothes but they didn’t even bother calling. SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE THEY DO NOT DESRVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

The quality is good but not worth $6.00 per dress shirt.

I like the service here. Very courteous. At times the clothes appear to be in better shape adverse to when I drop them off. Environmentally friendly is also a plus. Quick in and outs make it my go to spot.

I actually did not go for dry cleaning but for an alternation. My favorite custom made (ankara fabric) blouse (with lining) was torn in the front (long story). Anyways I went to two dry cleaning stores with tailors close to the USC area. They BOTH turned me down. They said that to fix my top, they would have to remove most of the original stitches, fix the front and then the lining. These two separate tailors basically concluded that it was too much work and sent me away.To make a long story short, Shatto Cleaners took one look at my top and knew what to do. I was shocked at how easy they made it seem it would be, that I did not even raise an issue with the price ($20). was a bit worried about the calm reaction I received from them, in comparison to the previous two tailors. Two days later, my top was fixed. I am not sure how the tailor fixed it, but s/he did a MAGNIFICENT job. The tailor fixed the front tear and the sleeve. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased that I vowed to give them a review.

Does a good job cleaning clothes but their pricing is a bit too high. Not for frequent dry cleaning.
