Very friendly and professional staffs! Due to the tough schedule, couldn’t pick up the bike in advance but only reached 20min earlier than opening. They are preparing the opening and saw me from the shop and let me come in to the shop before the opening hours!Bike was perfect and enjoyed all day long riding!Definitely use the service again where I trip to Livelo located!!

Great & fast service, professional stuff, new & well maintained road bicycles & equipment! LA downtown is the second time I rented from Livelo ( first time in Singapore) & absolutely love their service. Highly recommended!
