An hour ago I went in to go get a hair cut with them and showed them a photo of the haircut I wanted from my phone and the lady kinda knew what it was and gave me the hair cut. When she asked me if I wanted the line up and I said yes and she did so, but messed it up badly. Charged me $25 and was being rude about it and talking to her worker about charging me and was insulting as if I wasnt there which I was there. This was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again I would come there only for them to give me a medicore haircut and mess up my line up.

Very nice and helfful. Everytime i went i was never overcharged for any service and it always came out outstanding. This is one of 2 placed in Los Angeles that I personally trust to the core for good prices and professional quailty haircut.

Got a haircut there recently. I showed a photo to the barber, but they seemed to just shrug it off and ended up giving me a completely different haircut. They did do a good job with the style of haircut they gave me, but it was completely different than the photo I shared with them.

My friend and I went we gave specific instructions to the ladies working there one did not know how to properly blend and left levels of different lengths on the side of my friends head, as for mine the haircut itself wasnt bad its just the lady completely disregarded the fact that I told her not to touch the top part of my hair and ended up trimming it more than 4 inches I would highly recommend telling them instructions more than once. I am not going back there again.

The atmosphere is relaxing, the barbers are professional, its not over crowded and its reasonably priced.

The guy seemed untrained and did a very poor job, left patch of unblended hair in the front, had to cut it myself at home. Wont recommend.

I hate this place because I paid $20 dollars to cut my hair and they did a horrible job, asked for a taper didn’t even do one. Just a horrible experience, second of all they have the price way to high just for a 10 minute haircut. She just overall messed up my hair didn’t even take her time to check if it was good no patience. Was just in a rush, had to go back to my regular barber shop to get it fixed which is way cheaper and better barber shop. And it was a lady first of all. Trojans Barber shop is you see this please fix it don’t let it go un noticed because that’s what it looks like you’ve been doing to the other reviews. Shaking my head in disappointment.

I got a haircut today and right off the bat I knew it was going to be bad. I walked in and the guy who I assume was the barber told me to have a seat. Waiting for a bit, then a lady comes out and the guy told me to go for it bro. I didnt follow my gut feeling and proceeded to sit down and showed her a pic of how I wanted my hair. I gave her further instructions and she began. Immediately she cuts off way too much from the top, gives me a completely different hair cut, the fade is bad, like bad. This was very upsetting and it really made me feel bad. Never going back. Horrible!

Honestly this place isn’t bad for kids that is... the lady doesn’t know how to do a proper hairline or a nice fade. The lady was rude and aggressive and wasted no time getting on her phone. Save your money and go to the black barbershop next door by Ralph’s this places is really trash.

Double the price than the barber across the street. I did not feel like the service is worth it. It was open a holiday so I went there. There was no wait. The place is big but not many staff.

Good haircuts and service, but the owners are sometimes there and some of them drink inside the business. I have mothing against drinking, but dont be all drunk and act drunkard while your costumers watch.

Terrible haircut. This teen cut my hair and although I was skeptical I gave him his shot. He cut way too much off of the top and the hair on my sides is so uneven I dont know how he messed it up so bad considering he was only supposed to use the machine. one sideburn is literally almost pointy while the other is a standard square. It looked like he was learning how to cut hair. Thats $20 ill never get back. Dont come here

On service the guy gets 4 he knows his job no complaints, on on costumer service a 2..the lady in charge has little patience spends a lot of time on her phone and you would think that being the owner or person I charge she would have a way of communicating with costumers...

Okay so ive been coming somewhat consistently for a year now. The older guy and older lady in the back of the shop (the last 2 chairs) give a stellar cut. The fellow with the barbershop sign tattoo on his body does too. The problem is that when i go in, theres a 4 person deep line for the older couple who know how to cut hair, and then theres another older lady who sits there because nobody wants to get their hair cur wrong.I recently got a haircut for am important meetup and its all wrong. My fade looks like she saw a bell curve on a mathmatical chart and etched it into my side. Then the hard-part area for my head has flippy parts from a lack of attention to detail for scissor 101 so its higher in the back and shorter in front...Noticeably so...There are lots of random long parts on my head and i was so exhausted from today at work that correctly addressing it would be a hassle. So after she made the mistskes irreversibly evident i said (oh well it grows back). . . I asked for a beard trim too and she could barely cut a beard, my lip stache area is still sticking over my lips and the sideburns are uneven. She spent a soldi 20 minutes even trying to fix it early on (on my fade) that my scalp was feeling raw after switching back and forth from a #0,#1#2 guard...Oh my I spent so long here that i have to reschedule an important meetup now because of this hair.With respect - please find another barber. This barber doesnt pass mass on this establishment when 4 people sit for 1.5 hrs for 1 older barber woman who will do it right all the while her counterpart sits idly by waiting to mess your cut up. I have gone to this woman a few times now, and its definitely a pattern and lack of training and proficiency. Management please rectify rhis and get more barbers that can cut well.(((EDIT)))- Since ive gone back I noticed a new staffer or two that appears to give good cuts now. I just got a very good and detailed cut by a gentleman there who knew how to cut hair. Ive since upgraded the stars.

Yo this place is TERRIBLE. I asked for a fade and this hitta made me bald. Ive literally been here twice and each time they messed up my hairline. They lack attention to detail and charged me 22 to mess up my hair.
