Very professional the bail agent was really nice and understanding. The experience was overall fairly quick and stress free since she did all the work and stayed in touch with us my sister in law was out within a couple of hours. I like how she made us feel at peace she knew what she was doing and she also had her mask on the entire time that we were with her which is great since you never know she definitely cared for our safety.

We had a family member get into a situation where we were in need of a bail bonds I went online and I found absolute the staff there were very informative helpful and very knowledgeable. The bail process was pretty smooth and easy nothing to crazy it was easier than i though to be honest. I met up with the agent he same day and my cuzzin was out faster than i though i deffinelty recommend them.

I had never had to bail anyone out before and knew nothing about the process. The PD that was representing my partner had no information to give me and left me waiting for Jae from Absolute Bail Bonds. Jae was extremely helpful. He went through every step with me thoroughly until he knew I understood what was going on. Being a nervous wreck, I had to re-ask many questions and Jae was very patient with me. This company should really be shut down. I was trying to bail a friend of mine out last night. His bail was set at $25,000 so I called up Absolute Bail Bonds and I spoke with the ladies in the office and then I got a phone call from Stephanie. Stephanie told me she was the agent that would be posting the bond and that I needed to talk to the girls back at the office to finish my application. I finished up my application at the end of my application process I was told to hold after about 5 minutes the woman comes back on the line tells me Im good to go everything is good to go and to meet with Stephanie and give her the money and she will post the bond. Im at with Stephanie, I gave her $500. I got a receipt. 2 hours later I got a phone call not from Stephanie, but from the woman who initially took my application she told me that after further review Im going to need an additional cosigner for my friend I got another friends info she denied them as well. After denying every cosigner I gave her I asked how I can go about getting the money back because now I need to find another bail bondsman for my friend. She told me that I can wait for it and that they will send me a check in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. I paid in cash. In good faith in cash and this company fraudulently took my money. Its funny because I remember as I was sitting in the car with Stephanie filling out all of my paperwork she asked me if I had ever used Aladdin I dont recall using them but according to the woman on the phone two hours later after already taking my money it was because I had something negative on my credit report from Aladdin Bail Bonds. Funny Stephanie knew that when she was writing the bond otherwise why would she have said it. Before I even gave her the money she knew that I would never be approved without a co-signer yet she took my money anyways. That much I can prove and no matter who you are or what you do when you enter into a contract like that in bed faith youre liable for the damages. So if you are trying to bail someone out, please I beg you, go somewhere else.

As soon as I heard my family member went to jail and then learned that is was for a DUI, I acted quickly, but then came to the realization that Ive never had to look for bail bonds, so I did a search and I called one company first, and they gave me the run around, they were not offering me good options, so I kept with the search. I found Absolute Bail Bonds and to my luck, they have mobile bail agents, they came to meet me close to home. I was surprised at how quick they showed up. At first, the bail process was a bit tuff to keep up with, but Tony and Alexa were very professional and yet so caring they explained everything at a pace I could keep up with. I called them to bail someone out, their insurance company told me Im approved to co-sign and pay 600 to bail the person out. A week later they have no recall of the conversation or the payment plan that was set up. Now all of a sudden I am not approved to bail the person out. It was like because I did not bail the person out right then and there, they took the offer off the table. Very unprofessional!
