Got me some new tires good service

Beware this place will take your money my experience there they charge me 500 for parts they didnt install I notice that when my wheels starting to make noise I saw I still had the old tie rod on my Pontiac

The service is always very friendly and quick. Great customer service. They are also open for longer than most tire shops. The only drawback is that they are a bit more expensive. $30 to patch a tire here as opposed to $10 to $20 in other places.

I called almost 10 different wheel and tire shops no one found the wheel that I needed except for Santana wheels now I need it they find it they were able to install it the same day and even stayed after hours to do the job. I highly recommend Santana Tires and wheels to anyone.

Definitely the place to go, Very professional, efficient, and trust worthy. I was expecting to pay way more for a used tire and didnt expect it to be in great condition. I totally recommend Santana tires, others have taken advantage of situations as these, but Santana, has earned my trust.

In the 90s my dad brought me here as a child I live in San Bernardino county I drove out here today for some tires great service didnt take the tire Guy much just five bucks but still was appreciated

Worse place to buy tires.They came defective. They cracked not even at 6 months of use. We took them back and they did everything to not cover the warranty. Not good at $225 a tire

First tried Sams Club Tire department and that didnt work out for me, you must schedule an appointment and order the size you need but Emergencies CANT WAIT for all them formalities so I went to SANTANA TIRES WHERE IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES AND AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE I GOT MY BRAND NEW TIRES!

I had ordered my set of tires for my very first time . My experience with this location was both a tragedy and helpless. I asked the employee’s Id like my older tires back. They did as I wished but realized they had damaged my tire unable to use it. I went back to get my spare tire the following day . The employe completed the transaction for a special order. The employee who completed my transaction has terrible hospitality skills and couldn’t recall that I had came the previous day waiting for an hour to get my tires changed. Wile having a discussion of the total cost I had asked about the warranty. The lady said that it dose come with warranty and informed I had visited the previous day and did not receive warranty for my previous four tires. She got in some emotional break down telling me she dose not recognize me and would not access . I told her I have my receipt. She told me to what when my special order had came and then can access for the warranty discussion. The next the I got a call from the company and asked me what tire I needed. I had thought they’ve done there job knowing what tire I purchased for the special order. I ended up doing the homework for them informing the tire information they forgot to write down. But still charged for nothing. I am disappointed how they operate this company. I don’t recommend this place. It lacks of trustworthy and responsibly. Don’t waist your time here

Bad experience, they over charged me for simple work and added even more extra charge on top at the end. They had no good explanation for the high charge.... Simple robbery, first and last time going there. Do not recommend.

Fast service and great prices. Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is super clean and they have all the new alignment equipment and balancers. Waiting area is very nice and clean. They have vending machines too while you wait.

The worst customer service I have ever received as a consumer. I went to this horrible because I was told about them from my brother. I called the day before an received a quote on a tire which was a great price, but I needed to order them and put down a deposit (not a problem for me). What my issue is, I decided not to order the tire I wanted but decided to buy 4 new tires they already had in stock. Well for some strange reason I was over charged for the tires. Im not talking about just a couple bucks but rather $20 per tire. I did a little digging online and via phone call and it is exactly $20 per tire. So I received a call from Junior the manager trying to explain I was charged for taxes and other fees. Well like I explained to him I completely understand all the fees however I was told by Gorge (the person that helped me in person) that he was going to give me a deal and NOT charge me any taxes or fees because I was buying a set of 4 brand new tires. I would never refer this place to any of my girlfriends or anyone for that matter to be cheated. You cant tell me one thing and do another then have a whole other person try to explain this mess. Needless to say they did nothing to make this situation right!!

Ease of getting tires with the combination of friendly staff that helps the buying process go really smooth. Several payment plans available, and a good selection of rims and tires. This place has earned my business and I will continue to return for all my tire needs.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Been going for YEARS! Went to another tire shop, but ended up back here to find out that the wheel balancing was done improperly! Will stay with who I know from now on!

The reason why Im giving this shop a one star review is because i got an alignment done and was charged $70 for a 4 wheel alignment, even though they only aligned 2. The car didnt drive straight, I went back to explain to them and was told that i had to pay $40 in order to check the alignment even though I had warranty. They have terrible customer service, I will not be going to them again.

To be honest this place has always helped me out of a jam for the right price the tires are always decent and last for the price you pay for.

Lots of space. They fix big tires and have free air. Service takes a bit and the person that charges you doesnt look like she wants to be there.

Service was fast. In and out with four tire replacements in about 25 minutes. Busy shop. Its in the hood but dont judge based on that. Very knowledgeable with what they do.

This place is lousy very bad customer service. They half did there job being in a hurry that they didnt secure my hub caps and now one has come off. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

If youre going to buy tires here make sure you check them! They saw me some tires and one of them was defective, I took it back and all of a sudden they dont carry that brand anymore that just tells you they didnt want to change the tire and they wanted you to buy a new one this is the last time I go there!

So I went to get my tire fixed the sensor came on! As I was driving to the shop this huge white spider crawls up my window on the inside of my car. Long story short. I got my tire fixed for a very small fee & the spider was taken care of by Jorge. I tipped him for taking care of the spider. SVC with a smile. Good place to go explained several things re: tires in general!

Worse possible place ever. My rim had a dent in it. So I took it to get fixed here. And what a mistake that turned out to be. Not only did they ruin an expensive rim but they broke promise after promise. They promised to have my rim ready by 12pm the next day and they did not. I work from 9 to 6 so I went into work late expecting to have my rim ready it was not. I called them and they told me it would be ready at 3 which again it was not. Finally it was ready but what they did was completely shady and a horrible job. They were suppose to fix a dent in my rim. I was told the rim was going to come out a bit darker. But in reality they sanded the whole rim. They refused to admit that they made a mistake. They kept telling me well we told you how it would come out. Which they did not. I spoke to the manager shes the rudest person Ive ever spoken too. She acts as if the customer is wrong and shes right. I was so outraged.I spent 70 bucks to fix my rim when they in fact made it worse. I have already reported them to the better business bureau.

They lie with their advertisements. Says they have buy 2 get 2 free but they try to trick you in the conversation by saying they have it but you would pay cash price so much for only 2 tires. Use to have great deals and service. Now is a run down business marketing up and taking advantage of customers.

The quality, customer service and prices are right. Attention to detail of the work they are performing for customers is something they love to do. I drive from mid-city to come here for the reasons state above - quality, customer service and competitive prices!

Great service at a reasonable price

The workers take long, ignore you and are just moody. Went to get a simple wheel alignment and no one even helps, waited almost 2 hours and no one even noticed. All they do is just talk and not care about their customers.

Wanted to ask about tire and rim prices . They didn’t care what I was looking for they wanted to sell me new finances tires with 22 inch rims, my car uses 16 . When I asked for 16 they said they didn’t carry any ... later on I walked the show room and they did carry them ... not an honest sort of Buisness

Not really a good deal. Getto a$$ place. They only have cheap tires. They over torque your lug nuts. I had a blowout on the freeway and I struggled to take off the lug nuts on my little Toyota. I took it to Americas tires co. In carson st and the 605 and they told me that the impact wrench struggled to takeoff the other lug nuts and some of them might be ruined. I ended up spending an extra $135 for exellent tires that make my car feel like new (continental touring) not some Delta crap. They also had tires that cost the same but I wanted better tires. Those Deltas tires made my car feel very bumpy and noisy. I almost went back to this place again, good thing I decided to venture. Walmart tires also suck.

Just made a phone call for an alignment. Had a couple of questions they keep telling me to hold and the person who answered last hung up on me. If that’s how your employees treat the potential customer then I don’t want to know what they’ll do to the vehicle.

Got my rims there a while backthere service was friendly there prices were not so great but i ran in to problems when i left my rims there i told the guy that was selling me my new rims, if he can hold my stock rims for a bit longer time i was going out of town for two weeks and couldnt pick them up he agreed and told me he would save them until i came back when returned the manager told me they had thrown them awayi was very unhappy to hear that because they werent just any cheap rims they were Mercedes rims i havent found any cheaper than $900 used and when i got to talk to the sales rep who helped me he came up with a bs lie saying he went on vacation as well and hadnt notice they were gone they later told me that someone sold them and they couldnt do anything about it,i asked for my at least a free alignment to compensate for my troubles but they wanted to charge me 150 dollars never again will i do business with them for this head ache...
