Love this place, one stop shop for everything that my car needs

If you are a female stay away from this place. (Note Im not in the state) My wife and my sister-in-law came here to try and get a simple power steering fixed and next thing the guy says that its a rack and pinion. Then they fix it. Now he tried to charge them for using four jugs of coolant in an Impala. Problem with this is that it was only water and no coolant. Next problem, was the fact that somehow the very next day even though he didnt drive it and didnt perform any tests, says that the head gasket is cracked. No blowback test, no pressure test, no UV test, no carbon test. All of us sudden he begins to stutter when we blame him for trying to mess up the car on purpose. A V6 Impala went in with the engine sounding decently and now it sounds like bolts and nuts rattling inside a metal bucket.It seems to me that this place tries to take advantage of women.
