Definitely the best shop Ive seen anywhere around here. We brought in the wrong parts (rear struts) twice, from our own suppliers. They took the wheels off and worked with us until we got the right ones. They even rotated our tires, because of a pulling problem with unmatched tread designs), for no extra charge. They had us in and out with an appointment. John was great.

Ive brought my car here when the alternator went out, and they were great - they recommended a good tow truck company, and replaced the alternator quickly at a reasonable price. Ive kept coming back since! The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly, and explains whats going on with your car, which as someone whos not a car guy is much appreciated.

There was a grinding noise that happened when I accelerated at low speed. The mechanic, Scott, did a quick look over and tighten some things. Seems to be working well again. I also appreciate how courteous everyone there was.

I was referred to B&G to help install a Cat Clamp after having my catalytic converter stolen and then replaced by another mechanic who didnt install the Cat Clamp device. I worked with Scott at B&G who was professional, on-time, and was able to get the job done same day. When I went to pay, I miscommunicated with the woman at the front desk and almost overpaid. Scott immediately corrected my mistake when he easily could have overcharged me without my noticing and made it clear he would have told me if it was going to cost more than the estimate. I could tell right away that this is an honest repair shop with quality people. Would definitely use them again.

I recently moved into the area and purchased a vehicle. The car had a leak so i looked up the best reviewed Shop in the area. B&G came up and I gave them a call. They got me in within a week, found the problem and fixed it. They communicated extremely well with what the problem was and what it would take to fix it and cost. Great shop, customer service and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

If you need to have your car serviced they do a great honest job. Definitely will be returning.
