Fast and affordable service! Would highly recommend to anyone needing any of the standard services on the car as well as more specific fixes. They fixed my drivers seat when it stopped working within a day and a broken light on the front of the car. All parts needed arrived quickly and my car was good to go!

Jeff and Louis were great. They fixed my window switch, which is what I came in for, as well as providing a list of other services necessary to keep my car in good shape. I drive a car from 1978, so maintenance is very important! They were able to complete multiple repairs - fuel leak, oil change, muffler, brake pads - in a span of a few hours. Very knowledgeable and nice team.

Jeff has been serving two generations of my family. Highest level of honesty and professionalism, but without the unnecessary frills. When Jeff says it needs to be fixed, it is honest assessment guided by the needs of the vehicle as opposed to something else.

Jeff’s Mercedes Auto Service is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Everyone is courteous, efficient and goes way beyond the call of duty to take care of your car and you.When I first went to them coincidentally, I had been given an approximately $600 steering wheel repair on another vehicle and went I went to Jeff’s they said it only needed steering fluid and did it at no charge.I trust them and really feel good about referring them. Even their office reflects how nice they are. They deliver and pick up and they are very fast to take care of what is needed.Lastly, they think ahead on your behalf.

Edit: Recently got my car back after some maintenance and that car is running better than ever!Original post March 2020: I dont know where to begin.... I look forward to taking my 20 yo car here because I know it will get the exact care it needs. Every mechanic gives you a long list of things to fix, but Jeffs auto worked with me to help me understand what was crucial, what to prioritize, what was secondary, and what the implications of each issue could be if I chose not to address it yet. As a student strapped for cash (or anyone who wants to know exactly what theyre getting), it doesnt get better than that!

Louie is always extremely helpful when it comes to planning the repairs on my ML320. He is super pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the car. This shop is highly recommended if you need to get work done on your Mercedes.

Let me tell you guys something don’t ever take your car to Jeff’s Mercedes Auto service . I’m never been so disappointed with this mechanic shop. I told my self they only deal with Mercedes so they have original parts and they know what they’re doing. I was wrong, because couple of months ago I went to Jeff’sMercedes Auto Service for a check up and they told me that I need new belts for my car and a oil change . I Proceeded it and couple months later until now my car failed on me and I took it to the Mercedes Dealer and they just told me that the person who replace my belts are not original Mercedes belts and that cause the oil to spill ruining my alternator and my battery . Jeff I’m very disappointing with the work you have done you can call me back for further question the work you did was disgusting.

Not only that, but she can tell whats wrong with your car and what youll need in the months ahead. I love her and them!! Plus they have loaner cars available if you need it.
