After being a long time customer with Helen Lee, with my home and autos, the true nature of this office was revealed. They simply take your money, no concern for any problems i had. I only ever made 1 claim and they fought it tooth and nail. Rude attitude and sky high prices. Go elsewhere, you can do much better and less expensive.

State Farm raised monthly bill close to $100 spread over 3 months due to a mistake made by the insurance agent. Waited for weeks for this issue to be reviewed by the corporate and they didnt approve giving credit back. Basically they are charging you for their own mistake. Seriously do not recommend this agency. AVOID AT ALL COST
