After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance anyway and let them work in my car. Huge Mistake!! First, they opened 30 min late! They are slow and have very rude customer service! I will NEVER EVER use this place again for any kind of service. They are very unprofessional. Over charge and had to take my car back to them several times! Listen to these bad reviews and find another place to service your vehicle! When this many people complains about a business better believe it!

We were outside waiting for them to let us enter or atleast ask what we needed bur the guy from there just looked at us and didnt care.

If you call with exact carburetor list number so the can know what carburetor you have and are asking for a rebuild and cost of such rebuild. Wouldnt you expect a quote other than a general quote ranging from a couple of hundred to a few hundred. For that kind of money you could just buy a NEW CARBURETOR. So my sister went in for a coolant leak and was told it would be 600 to fix. I though it was a bit high so I went to ask exactly what the issue was. As soon as I got there to ask the person that diagnosed her car he saw someone with a bit more knowledge. That man kept tell me go ask your sister I told her already I went on telling him she didnt understand which is why im asking you he kept saying ask her i dont have to tell you. Right then and there I knew they were trying to rip her off. They even told her her car wouldnt be serviced till the next day. Which to me was an excuse to do a little service and say it was that and that to charge her that huge amount. If you ever have an issue with a coolant component go to Manchester and McKinley. People there are way more professional and the person they told me the issue was a the filler neck was cracked and was a 90 fix.

No sirven para nada. I took my mustang to get the new pcm program the guy told me it cost me $200 So i agree and took my car and waited 4 hrs to be told, He cannot program it. waste of my time. I did my research and I bought $30 device from amazon and I programmed it myself with a new key

Fair service cant complain

Don’t go here. Their mechanics don’t even know how to drive stick shift to test out your car. Charged me but didn’t fix the problem they said “don’t worry it comes with warranty” I’ve returned 4 times but they just make my car worse and decline to refund me and just keep saying bring it back another day. Yeah right prepare to get a law suit see you in court soon.

They might have the tools, but not the knowledge to use them. I went for a simple pcm programming. I was waiting for 4 hours,nothing. I went on amazon and bought a tool to connect to my car to a laptop and downloaded fordscan and it took me 10 mins to program the new pcm.

El Puma Electrico is the spot for all your automobile electronics needs. Even though I went there for a A/C Freon recharge. I got chills in the summer lol

Trout because they steal from the puma. This place is probably the worst place Ive ever had my carb rebuilt. They did not change the parts that had to see him changed. Their service was very expensive, they told me that my car had a short in 5 minutes it was already fixed and they only changed the bulb.

Worst shop ever. didnt give a refund after selling the wrong battery, misdiagnosing car and then laughed when i asked for a refund.bad work here. They sold me a battery and installed the wrong one, and then when I went to ask for the correct one, they didnt want to and then they laughed. They changed my battery after I got mad at them but they didnt want me to return the money. then they gave me a batteria but just an old one

Jente not vsyan aese workshop the cougar are well transened I have my truck to chekiar of a lights and they told me that it was a damage that I had and they were pure lies and they charged me very expensive and I went to another workshop and they charged me only 20 doll px I just had a loose cable noles I recommend that workshop
