I love coming to this place and renting fun toys to play and work with. The staff here is always great, knowledgeable and remarkably fast at getting you in and out quickly. Samys Camera Rentals always has the newest and older gear and they also have a dock gate for larger orders.

I like Samys....they have anything you need photo-wise. They customer service is pretty nice and helpful. They get busy sometimes so be prepared to wait. A great resource, though .

Harold, the manager, is the best! Everyone there is very caring at Samys rentals in Playa Vista. They’ve got my lifelong business because of their customer service!

Highly recommend renting from them. Staff was very friendly and had me out of there in minutes. I recommend calling ahead to reserve your equipment.

The gentleman I had did not have good customer service. When I asked help to the car because I can’t lift anything heavy, he left it on the dock and told me to take it from there (even though my car was few feet away). After I asked him to please take it to the car for me again, he had attitude and didn’t acknowledge me after I told him to have a nice day. He was informative at first but major attitude at the end.

Lovely rental store, great guys, very helpful. Even gave me a free day when a production ran over. Cant reccomend this place enough@!
