THIS COMPANY IS DECEPTIVE, DUPLICITOUS AND RUDE!Well in advance of using their services, our family sought confirmation from this company that they could provide a vehicle with bench seats, as opposed to bucket seats, in that bucket seats would not provide the seating and storage space we required. We would not have employed them had they been honest and said they could not provide the vehicle we sought.Instead, Relax to LAX CONFIRMED TO US IN WRITING that they were sending an SUV with the requisite bench seating.When they arrived at our home, the SUV had bucket seats and we were irate.We had to call Uber at the last minute to transport 2 members of our family to the airport as we couldnt fit in the car sent by Relax to LAX.When we complained to the company, we were treated extremely rudely by Charlie, their dispatcher. He basically said you got what you got even if it wasnt what the company promised to deliver.Instead of admitting fault and apologizing as any normal businessman would do, Charlie went on the attack, claiming this aggrieved customer had mental problems.Is this the type of company you want to deal with?RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEPTIVE--Relax to LAX is this and far worse.

Relax to LAX has always been an excellent service. My employer uses them almost every time he travels and have never had any issues.
