Gabriel showed up promptly at 4, ran some tests, cleaned out some debris, and recommended to fix the capacitor (to prevent the motor from burning out) --without any sales pressure. He also showed me that the contactor was pitted and would eventually need to be replaced. Again, no sales pressure, but I asked him to go ahead and replace it as long as he was here. I was happy he had the replacement parts with him and didnt have to go running off to a store to get them. He showed me before and after pictures. Even though I was alone in the house, I felt perfectly safe; Gabriel was all business, polite, and very professional. Didnt waste time talking to friends on his phone, just did the job and left. I would highly recommended Gabriel to anyone, especially if you dont like strangers in your house.

Gabriel came out and repaired my unit for a fraction of the cost that sears wanted. Sears tried to sell me a new compressor when all that was wrong was the capacitor. So thankful we called him.
