Beware of this company!!! They took advantage of my elderly mom who called for a kitchen faucet repair, replace handle on toilet and to flush the water heater. Well per the “technician” the faucet would keep leaking even if he repaired it and suggested a new faucet, then instead of flushing the water heater he said she needed a new water heater (2 technicians from Sears) told her that it needed to be flushed and they didn’t do that job anymore then to the toilet handle. Total cost $3200 for everything they could not give individual prices as it was a bundle price.🤔 After the tech replaced the handle on the toilet which was fine before then started running. The tech came back to check toilet handle and recommended a new toilet. These people just are out to make money and will sell you things that can easily be repaired then tell you that you need to replace them. I called another plumber who fixed the toilet and said it was fine and that my mom didn’t need a new toilet. So all of this to say beware they are not honest business people and they take advantage of you if you don’t know any better please do your homework and do your research. These people are crooks.

If all the technicians are as amazing as Devin I will be a customer for life! The company itself did keep me informed of arrival time and was professional from the start. What really stands out to me was how competent and communicative our guy Devin was. I felt we were being well taken care of. We have another go with this company when a plumber comes out….fingers crossed we are as lucky with the next service provider as we were with Devin!!!

A year ago Adeedo convinced me that I needed a new HVAC system. They seemed competent in the beginning but I quickly realized this was not a company that you could depend on. They started the installation shortly after October 16, 2020. They did not get signoff from LA County inspectors until March 24, 2021, more than five months later! Every time I called Adeedo I received one excuse after another. It wasnt until I called the manager, pitched a fit, and threaten to call LA County inspectors myself that I finally received resolution and finalization of my HVAC install.Fast forward nearly one year later. I called Adeedo a few weeks ago to schedule a service appointment for my HVAC system. The scheduler was very friendly, scheduled an appointment and all was well...... until it wasnt. Today was the day of my scheduled appointment. I received a call from Adeedo less than 2 hours prior to my scheduled appointment stating they were backed up and needed to reschedule. I asked when they thought they could get to my appointment, the response was next Wednesday. I dont understand why they are booking appointments when they dont have availability nearly one week out. The lady on the phone told me that she would have a manager call me back. That was five hours ago......... im still waiting!Save yourself some grief and go with a company that believes in good customer service, not just lip service.Share review

The Technician was friendly and professional. He was here about an hour - plus or minus. He changed out about 8 of drain pipe and installed a washer.For this I was charged $370!! WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY CHARGE, $300/HOUR? NO HAPPY

They were very quick (within few minutes after filling out the online form) with an email reply to a very late night inquiry to get a water heater installation. They emailed informing me of an appointment time for the next day between 12 to 2. I emailed back within minutes of a confirmation. I got no email back that night or the next morning of a confirmation of receiving that email, so I called them. They said I was not confirmed but that they still had that slot open. At 1:45 I called to get an ETA on the technicians arrival time. They said my appointment time is between 1:30 to 3:00 but that they are running late so it will be definitely after 3 but no definite time frame for arrival. And they made it seem as though it is my fault for not knowing how to write times correctly.

On April 3 2021 I called your company and asked for an estimate. The technician that came was on time and very professional. He was very polite and very nice. His name is Alex Donis. Picked it up from Google for a AC emergency. Just another jackal company . One of their technicians came and gave us an estimate of 350$ just to change a 8.99 ( Amazon) capacitor . In the end the final bill somehow was 600$, for about 6:35 minutes work. Most of the guys extra time was trying to talk us for a whole new AC system for 15K....financing available .

Ridiculous company - perhaps it was their acquisition by Service Champions in late 2020? They did a good job installing our buildings water heater a few years back. Now we need a new pressure relief valve and after 3 months (not exaggerating) of chasing them down they still dont have the part and have not called me with an update - not once. Ive talked with managers, plumbers, admin people... they just play nice and then nothing happens.

Miah in customer services was delightful to speak with when I called in to discuss my request to provide an acknowledgement. I am a renter and the owner has used a former company for the last 8 years. This was the first time we experienced Adeedo. My initial experience was in making a call to follow up on my service appointment request that my landlord told me she had made regarding my AC not working. They hadnt a record of the request yet Tania immediately took care of assisting me to set it up. Although they needed to contact my landlord for approval first, Tania kept me informed every step of the way throughout the day. Once the appointment was confirmed, I then had the serviceperson, Duncan, come out. I provide in-home telehealth and he knew I would not be able to be that involved with the service appointment. He was very polite, contentious to not disturb my work, was professional and sensitive to go in and out without disruption. And he seemed to enjoy his job and expertly fixed my AC just in time for our next heat wave~ I just wanted to be sure to say thank you.

My tankless heater stopped working on Saturday and I called this company for help. Someone came over and noticed some corrosion and minor leaking on heat exchanger. He told me I had to buy a new one and theres nothing they can do. Charged me $95 and left. Out of desperation I watched a couple of YouTube videos about the error code. I finally fixed it (at least for now) by cleaning the rust from its flame rod to restore ignition. That was it. I got my hot water back for the time being.

So glad we called Adeedo when our heat went out! We were able to make an appointment for the next day, and Devin was absolutely wonderful. He was helpful, explained everything before he did it, was professional and friendly, thorough and tidy, and answered all of our questions. So grateful! Highly recommend.

Several of my family members and I had purchased HVAC systems from a company the was recently purchased by Adeedo. Since Adeedo started servicing our units (separate households) they have been able to identify issues that were not caught or addressed by the previous company. We have had several visits now and have been pleased with the service given by the technicians especially, Devin and Adam. Theyre both extremely professional and explain things thoroughly. They are kind and just pleasant to work with. As a family, we have decided to ask for Devin to services our HVAC units from here on out. He does great work and is professional and personable. We had a clogged kitchen sink. I called in the morning and Donny came at 4:30. He set up a small snake at the outside access and tried to unclog the drain without success. He went under the house and took pictures to show us how rotten the sewer lines were. Then he gave us 3 bids to fix the problem ranging from $5000 to almost $10, 000! We sent him on his way. Drain still clogged. Our friend loaned us his water jet attachment for a hose and in less than an hour my husband unclogged the drain himself. This is unconscionable and it is fraudulent. Do not use this company!

Adeedo did a great job unclogging my bathroom drain for a great price. They arrived early and finished quickly in only about 20 minutes. My service rep was very professional. I also like that they only charged me the flat discounted rate they advertised, and didnt try to up sell me, which was refreshing. There were no added fees or hidden charges. I would definitely call them again in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Adeedo! My toilet was clogged to the point where a standard plunger would not fix the clog. When I called Adeedo, I spoke with Valerie who was friendly and concerned about solving my issue. She got me a service tech out to my home same day within a few hours! My service tech Justine K. was able to fix the clog right away. I had a very old toilet, so he even offered me a great deal on a new one that will be installed in a few days!

I had the good fortune to meet Matt two years ago when he lead a team for a difficult sewer job. I called his old company to request him for a new job and they did not know where he was. I had kept his personal number so I was able to reach him. To his credit he referred me to Gloria for scheduling. His work was thorough and completed in timely fashion. That includes arriving on time or early. Gloria was most responsive and helpful in every way. I will continue to refer my work to Matt and Adeedo!

Showed up 1/2 hour early while I was attending zoom court hearing . . no big deal, tech offered to come back. But the pricing to install a kitchen faucet was somewhere in the vicinity of $300 and I was supplying my own parts! It was hundreds more than the next highest quote. I opted out. Tech was friendly and professional, but Adeedo prices are just not-me-do! Found another reputable plumber who did a great job for a third of the price quoted by Adeedo.

Our water heater went out and we called Adeedo for assistance. They sent Willie (William A.) and he was great. He explained what happened, He fixed the problem, and he waited until he knew the problem was fixed before he left. He also took the time to show me the shut off valves outside the house and where to turn things off the next time it happens. Willie was great and I will definitely ask for him again. Valerie was pleasant to speak to on the phone. She booked an appointment for the PMs on my air and heating unit. Duncan the technician seemed very through in his inspection and testing og the units. Things were left very clean and a full report wa handed to me when the inspection was completed. Also the price was very reasonable.

Please people, stay away. They said they would come out three days in a row, never showed up and never called. When they did finally show up, the plumber tried to sell me a new water heater, first for almost $4k with a10 year guarantee or $3k with a 6 year guarantee. I knew that was crazy and he came down to $2,350 for a water heater with a 10 yr guarantee. Still too much. I had another plumber come out, they fixed the old one, charged $139. Adeedoo had told me mine was 15 years old, its not, its 6 years old.

We woke up to a minor flood under the kitchen sink caused by a leaky supply line. I took a wrench and turned a thing. It didn’t work. I called Adeedo and they were able to schedule me in that afternoon. They said they’d call if they had a cancellation and could get to me sooner. And they did. So, a few hours after my call their technician, Eugene, showed up. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took a look at the pipes; clearly explained what was causing the leak; and gave his recommendation for fixing it. We had him make the repairs and all is right with the world now. The price was also reasonable. Thanks Eugene!

I made appointment for 1200 to have a new toilet and sink installed in my Bathroom. They called and changed it to two o’clock.. Then they called 30 minutes before two and said they couldn’t come because they don’t work n high rises. We waited around all day. Then he said maybe he could find someone. After he had just said they don’t work in high rises. Do they realize They are operating a business in Los Angels.

My hot water system was broken which is never fun and I had called out 2 previous companies to take a look both of which had different ideas about what needed to be done all of which required new parts and expensive labor. The system was fairly new so I didn’t understand. Adeedo came out to my house on an evening call and diagnosed the issue fast and fixed it on the spot. This exposed to me how much most companies lie about the work that needs to be done. I feel very blessed their honesty and good work saved me 1000’s.

An Adeedo tech came by my rental property on 8/6/2020 to diagnose and repair a furnace. Apparently, the job required major repairs that it was necessary for a supervisor to call me to give me the quote and discuss possible financing if I could not pay in full.I called back several times (Last called on 9/17/2020 ) to get an estimate and never gotten one. Finally, I decided to call another company that was able to do the job the same day for under $400.

Adeedo and Min to the rescue!!!My dad previously had another plumbing company come out to look at his leaking toilet. He said that plumber was very rude and felt like he was being sold unnecessary repairs.Thats when I got on the phone and talked to Gonzalo at Adeedo. Gonzalo was very helpful over the phone. I explained that we needed their best plumber as my parents are older and stressed out about this big toilet problem. Five people sharing one toilet for the last couple days is a huge inconvenience. Gonzalo said he would send Min out the next day, who has great customer service and very good customer reviews.Min diagnosed the leaking toilet and fixed the problem with some new bolts and new wax ring. He was able to save the old toilet flange and was confident that it didnt need replacing like the other plumber had said.Quick, minimal repair, honest, professional and courteous service from Min and Gonzalo at Adeedo. My dad liked that Min did not try sell us these costly repairs that the other plumber had recommended. $1200 quoted by the other company compared to $272 repair by Min with Adeedo.Thanks Adeedo and thanks to Gonzalo for setting us up with Min. Today, Karo from Adeedo came to fix my heating unit--the first time I needed heat since the unit was installed this past summer. Karo worked with care to identify the problem and fixed it. He was super thoughtful, doing the work in a way that allowed me to continue my job zoom-teaching from home without interruption. And hooray, I have heat.

Please dont make the mistake I made of trusting this company to treat you fairly. Adeedo charged me almost $4,800 to repair a leaking pipe. Though the quality of the work was acceptable, at most they spent 12 manhours on the job; I kept track. Materials expense was negligible, so that works out to $400.00/hour. After too much discussion, the salesman offered me a $450 discount, so my final cost, about $4,350.000, works out to $362.50/hour. (I should have saved money and found a neurosurgeon to do the work.) Their salesman said they count manDAYS, not manhours, which means charging for 8 hours even for only 2 or 3 hours of work. When I called the manager to discuss their justification for billing me so much, he never returned my call. This isnt my idea of either great customer service or fair pricing. But if its yours, give em a call.

Sergio and Efren were our technicians who came to our home and cleared our drain. they were very efficient knowledgeable and fast. we were very happy with their service! Thank you again Efren and Sergio!

Plumber arrived on time, that was for the one star. A simple tub drain leak was quoted over $4200 other 2 plumbers quoted $300. I told the plumber it was outrageous the price, his comment was they dont work for $15 an hour . So they are asking $1000 per hour? are they insane or not?

I told them my situation, and was told Adeedo! would love the opportunity to rectify the situation and scheduled another technician right away to fix my leaky faucet. It has been around two days since the technician visited, and so far, so good!Adeedo! deserves 10-stars for excellent customer service. Thank you so much for all of your help! Very disappointed with the service we received. We have used Adeedo for at least two decades and have never had a bad experience until now. The MAIN REASON for the call was to have a technician come in to examine and fix a leak in the upstairs bathroom. The secondary issue was to install new faucets in two bathrooms. The secondary issue was completed - both faucets were installed. However--and this is why this service was so disappointing and upsetting--is the technician NEVER FIXED THE MAIN ISSUE in the 2nd floor bathroom. In fact, my dad told showed him the where the leak was coming from, there was a small container under the area catching water from the leak so it was obvious it was occurring. The technician dismissed it and said it was definitely caused by the old faucet and that the replacement would fix it. Then the technician tells my dad that another part was needed to make the 2nd floor faucet functional and he was going to charge him to install it. So my dad agreed and thought the faucet replacement addressed the problem. In the evening, just for the hell of it, I placed the container in the same spot and, lo and behold, the leak is still occurring! So we call Adeedo again since the repair is under warranty. The technician came out and and now says the leak is a separate problem all together and said he would need to charge us. At this point, I was so upset because he failed to address the main issue in the first place! I feel he gave my 80 year old dad the run around! Part of good customer service is the ability to listen address the concerns of the customer and Adeedo failed. Will not use again!

My sink stopped up yesterday. I called for service. I was told they could come out last night if the need was urgent. I thought today would be soon enough. I was told they’d be here between 10am and noon. No one came. Then I was told they’d be here between 2 pm and 4pm. I called at 4pm and was told I’d get a call back. No call came. I called at 4:30pm and was disconnected mid-sentence (I did not use any vulgarity or yell). I called again and got the SUPER SORRY apology and absolute promise that I’ll get a call back. It’s now 5pm. No one from this company can be bothered to call or to show up. I’m a first time user - and it will be my last. I fully understand that people can run late, but this is unacceptable.

I have had nothing but problems with Adeedo. Their replacement of a tankless water heating system took two days to install for a 3-hour job, the system leaked soon after installation and is still leaking, the system is unreliable, and they overcharged by some eight thousand dollars. Worse, they ignored the certified mail complaint I sent nearly 2 months ago. Customer service is the worse I have ever seen.

We had Adeedo out at Christmas time in 2020 due to backing up water. They told us the trouble was with our outgoing sewer pipes and the solution would be lining all our outgoing pipes from our house to the sewers. Since we had already replaced all incoming pipes they said This work is under warranty and you wont need a plumber for years because everything will be updated. It was an EXPENSIVE job, but again under warranty. 1 year later, our outgoing pipes are backing into our house again. We had a different plumber come and unclog them twice before he ran a camera and showed us that while Adeedo had lined some of our pipes, they hadnt lined all the way to the sewer as promised and we should bring them back to fix their work. We called Adeedo and set up FOUR DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS where they didnt even show up and sometimes didnt even call to cancel. They finally come to our house and they need to charge their camera for 45 minutes before they can do the work, even though the plan across 4 weeks and 4 appointments was always that they were going to run a camera. They run the camera and say well this isnt our fault. its actually the citys sewers causing the problem (we knew the city had just replaced all their sewer parts this year, so NO). We asked for them to show us on the camera and low and behold all of sudden they could see it was a problem with THEIR work. Thus began the ordeal of scheduling them to come do the work. Again, a couple no shows on coming. The work was finally done and the agreement was that they would again show us on the camera the clear pipe, but the workers refused. It took another 3 phone calls and a no show appointment to have them come out and show us the warranty work on the botched job was complete and now we wont be using Adeedo again. Adeedo is a big Adee-dont for any plumbing job. Shoddy work followed by no ownership of said shoddy work. It wouldve taken longer than a month and a half to have them follow up on their warranty if I wasnt always home in Covid times to accept any appointment at all, but a month and a half is pretty bad.

If you have the good fortune of having Devin Dogson service your heating/air conditioning, YOU WILL BE REALLY thrilled. We have had so many different people work with us in our home and Devin is one of the best. Ever. He knew his products, could give facts and statistics, noticed things that we should watch in the future (13 year old air/heater) and made no attempt to sell us things we didnt need. So, we are so happy, very informed and will definitely have DEVIN HODSON service our heating and air in the future. Adeedo should be very proud to have such a knowledgeable, honest and thorough employee. Plus, hes delightful!

Rod was very thorough with changing the air filter for my mother. He also cleaned a few areas that hadn’t been done by the previous guys. It was nice he took the time to explain things to my elderly mother.

Sergio, our tech, did a terrific job! He worked tirelessly to find the issue with our drain and was thorough in repairing it. He found another issue with our water pressure and made some recommendations about fixing it going forward so we dont burst our 60 year old pipes! He did a great job, was friendly, and made the experience as easy as possible. Would highly recommend!

Given the current pandemic we’ve been hesitant to let anyone into our home but with the weather warming up and knowing our A/C compressor is on the older side maintenance is essential. Adam was sent out for our service call. He came prepared masked, gloved and standing a comfortable distance away. He was very professional and appropriate- traits you can’t take for granted these days!
