Use these guys. I had an exhaust fan stuck running. They spent a lot of time diagnosing and trying to help me. Ultimately it looks like my control board on my furnace is flaky, but A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning was honest and thorough. Cant ask for more from a service company. The technicians were friendly and explained everything very clearly

I really cant say enough good about this company and specifically plumber Leo & Johnny. Kind, friendly, professional, extremely competent, good listeners and communicators, true to their word, attention to detail and a very fair price for their work. They did both a toilet repair and a leaking sink faucet replacement that got tricky. These things also both happened during the current shelter-in-place order and they wore masks, booties and gloves while doing the work. Lovely people, excellent work! Highly recommend

I needed to get my ac unit replaced. It was 15 years old and ready to go so I figured I should get it replaced while its not so hot outside. I had 4 different companies come out to give me a quote. One of those companies was A-1 Air Conditioning Mike was on time, professional, and had thorough explanations on everything. Mike was the only AC tech that came out to give me a quote that did not have any red flags. Another company was super later, another company showed 0 lack of interest in the job, and the other company never even showed. Mike quote was definitely the best for what was going to be installed and the service I was looking for. Trust me, I did extensive research to make sure I went with the right company and got the right units. When I hired Mike I was not disappointed! He was on time on the day we scheduled. His colleague and he got the job done within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves, they were polite, and best of all, the new outside/inside units looked great when the job was done. The AC works awesome and I have no complaints. A-1 Air Conditioning has a customer for life and I highly recommend them.

A-One did an excellent job when I needed a few things replaced in my master shower. The technician Johnny was polite, efficient and answered my questions when he was finished with the work.Johnny helped me save money by explaining the benefit of buying two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is great for my drains throughout my town home. This product is much better and safer than Drano or other highly toxic and potentially damaging chemicals to remove clogs, etc.their services as well as other companies they partner with. Make sure to ask whoever you speak with about it as it will definitely save you money over the course of a year.Best of all Johnny gave me a solid high five to end the appointment!One of the employees called me the day after to ensure everything went well. This is excellent follow up and will definitely make me want to use A-One plumbing again and again in the future.You have made this customer a very happy client.

Amazing Trustworthy business!!Called a few weeks ago to have our AC serviced, the crew arrived on time and got right to it. They checked the whole system and cleaned and serviced the unit. They even checked the air flow to the master bedroom as it seems warmer than the rest of the house, everything checked out and they did not try to sell us anything! Called them back today to check on an issue, they were out again and took care of our concern promptly and efficiently and once again didnt try to sell us an unneeded service. Trust Worthy, Great Communication (Angie), Helped me on price and issueWell my AC died a few weeks ago I called they were able to get me a Tech at 7:00 PM during the Peak season in the Summer.The office was able to make sure the Tech was sent our and Fixed my AC issue.They could have robbed me blind, but THEY ARE HONEST. I would 100% use them again. ($380) AC FixedI did get multiple quote and assessment . Other company just want a complete replacement. $4000.....It was night time 9:00 the Tech rushed to put the AC backed together (it wasnt put back completelyI called the next day explaining the issue.they send another Tech out and got the issue fixed. No BS No extra charge.

These companies are everywhere and I have used many of them, however A-One was a completely different experience. This was a highly professional company from the office staff to the repair man that came to help us out. We were told up front what the costs and repairs were and we got exactly what we needed. We are big fans.

These guys are awesome. After our home warranty sent us useless air techs that made our house warmer rather than colder. My girlfriend and I decided to contact A-One AC service and could not have made a better decision. tech came out first and was able to get a good idea of what was wrong with my unit. He then came back the next day with Don to further diagnose my AC unit. About an hour and a half later they had it cooling my house. Theyre both great guys, give you good explanations as to what is wrong with your unit and genuinely care about fixing your unit. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them!

Our furnace quit working and we woke up to a 58 degree house. I thought the internet could help but I ended up destroying a perfectly good part. Luckily we have space heaters so I turned them on & went to google for an hvac company. A-One air conditioning & Heating came up a top rated company. I sent a message through google and they responded within 15 minutes to set up an appointment. tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater. He took pictures of the problems and took time to answer any questions I had. After agreeing to the quote he had the job done within an hour. We thought we would get the regular Los Angeles quote which is replace everything with new equipment but he explained what we needed now and what looks like it might need replacement soon. I had him replace everything he recommended and it was very affordable. I highly recommend using A-One Air Conditioning & Heating

Heating repair Los Feliz, Furnace repair Los Feliz, That’s what we Google today and lucky for us we found this fabulous company for the initial phone call to the office Dave was terrific walked us to a few steps to see if the unit would work unfortunately did not so he went ahead and booked a service repair tech to come out technician was out of here within one hour technician was very professional had all the right tools and knowledge was able to diagnose a bad flame sensor inside our furnace he had a part in the van give us a price upfront we approved which was very fair and honest he replaced the part turned on the heater fired up like new again working perfect we could not be any happier with the service it was an absolute perfect 10 star service, Would use again and highly recommend to all google users family members and friends
