They have ghosted me since February of this year. I cant get a hold of anyone despite calling multiple times and sending multiple emails.I think its because they refuse to communicate with me outside of their ticket system, despite me no longer being a patient and not having access. Really stressful considering I went here to relieve stress in the first place.I did really like my psychiatrist at least.

Dr. Keeling is very caring and understanding. She has been treating me and supporting me for the past 20 months when I was going through the most difficult time of my life. Her assistant, Shaffet, has been instrumental in relaying communication between Dr. Keeling and me so that Dr. Keelings prescriptions, my requests and all paperwork are processed in a timely manner. I am grateful to have had their support when I needed help the most.

Dr. Sorensen was incredibly responsive and helpful! I am grateful for all of his support! Bijoesh Roy was very helpfully with scheduling.

Dr. Sorenson and BG have made what would have been an otherwise stressful experience simple, easy, and even enjoyable. Dr. Sorenson has been lovely to work with through the beginning of my treatment by explaining things simply but thoroughly and encouraging me to try a variety of options to best fit my individual treatment requirements. And BG made contacting and scheduling a breeze. Thank you both!

I have been going to talk therapy the majority of my life, but I had never seen a psychiatrist before Dr. Sorensen. I didn’t know what to expect from psychiatry, but Dr. Sorensen and his assistant BG were fantastic from the beginning. Dr. Sorensen understood where I was coming from and has helped me come so far with my personality disorder as well as my anxiety. He’s very willing to work with his patients and has written many letters helping me in various aspects of my life. BG has also been lovely to work with, as he was my sole mode of getting in touch with Dr. Sorensen. would have never been able to achieve what I have without both of their help.

Savant Care is a fine health care establishment which has distinguished itself from the rest. Great medical team, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.I would first like to start with my doctor. The care that I received from Dr. Yasha Rastgar was excellent! Dr. Rastgar’s demeanor is both professional and pleasing; in which, that made a grand difference to put you at ease and open up as a patient. I especially loved how Dr.Rastgar was a genuine listener and he really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Dr.Rastgar has set himself apart from the rest, he has become a modeled doctor who set the bar of excellence when looking for a doctor. His assistant, Paul was refreshing, he always made sure to remind me about my appointments and helpful whenever I had a tech question for video appointments. Paul is friendly and professional. He made it easy to schedule appointments, follow ups, etc. They make a great team together!I would like to mention a representative from the billing department- Albert. Albert was great in making sure my insurance information was squared away, as well as taking his time to answer all my billing questions.I am very impressed with the overall experience. Ive been going here for at least a year now and the schedulers (Albert & Marcus) here are very accommodating with appointments and practice good customer service.The providers who I have been seeing have helped me a lot with growth and addressing issues. Jennifer Gilman and Dr Keeling have done a good job.With regards to reviews, I dont do them often, but I would like to take this opportunity to state that theres no such thing as a perfect patient or provider. There have been times when I have missed appointments,etc or there are some other kinds of difficulties on the provider end, but it has always come a good conclusion as far as I am aware.Overall, would I go here again? Yes. Am I receiving the treatments I need? Yes. Am I being treated with respect, and am I treating the providers with respect? Yes.

I had always been too nervous to see a psychiatrist, but its the best thing I could have done for myself. I look very accomplished on the outside, but I have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, adult ADHD - a swirl of issues underneath the shiny exterior. Dr. Sorensen has made a world of difference. I didnt know what a normal existence felt like. Now, I still have worries, but they are proportional and appropriate. Of course I have moods, but they are not the depths of depression and despair I once accepted as my life, with no ability to change. Dr. Sorensen is calm, compassionate and completely knowledgeable about his field. The whole office is comfortable and efficient, and Dr. Sorensens assistant BG is nothing short of amazing! I always receive an answer from him, whether its because Ive forgotten to note when my next appointment is, Im out of a prescription, I need to reach the doctor, anything really. BG goes above and beyond to make sure that your health is taken care of and when you are dealing with sensitive issues, this truly makes a difference in your life! I had never been to a psychiatrists office before, but I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sorensen and BG!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sorensen’s for over a year now. Not only is he an amazing physician, but his support staff is also amazing. BG is his administrative assistant. He has always been there to help with any problems or concerns I had for the doctor very quickly. He is very devoted to his job and I appreciate his devotion to his job and the patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Gilman for about an year now. The services provided are excellent. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Her assistant Albert is very responsive and efficient in getting the appointments organized and getting back to me very promptly to answer my questions. Overall I give it a big thumbs up !

I started seeing Dr. Sorensen in 2020 at the recommendation of my long time psychologist Dr. Williams. I am generally not into taking medicine - I dont like feeling that I need meds to get by, but sometimes things get so bad that meds are needed.I trust Dr. Sorensen because he tries to always use the meds with the least side effect and the smallest dose possible. Unlike other psychiatrist who seemed more interested in getting you out of the office quickly, he is empathetic, listens and helps me think through and reframe what bothers me. He is also willing to flex his schedule if I am in an urgent situation and need help ASAP.I also want to command BG who is the admin that does scheduling. I have never had a admin work as quickly and effectively as BG. He is so good to work with - he saves you time, gets you in, and remembers to call you if a earlier spot opens. He really cares about his customers and his dedication comes through.

I dont understand how someone could be less than satisfied with the servicea provided by Savantcare. Albert, Dr, Gilman and Dr. Kneeling, Marcus... maybe their digital platform needs improvements (quite a bit!) But services rendered are top notch.

Highly recommend. Very warm and personable. They work fast to ensure you are getting what you need. For example, I recently had to go out of town for work and needed to get my prescriptions filled before I left. I found out on Thursday that I was leaving and was informed I was leaving that following Saturday. I called SavantCare (Roger picked up) on Thursday and my prescriptions were filled and ready for pick up at my pharmacy the next day (Friday). This was amazing and I did not have to worry about running out of my medication while out of town. The doctors also work with you to make sure you are taking the correct medication (I personally work with Dr. Walker). The whole team at SavantCare want to help you the best they can and it shows. Thank you SavantCare :).

I have been going to Savantcare for several years. Dr. Savant is brilliant. She is very intuitive as well as extremely knowledgeable about the science. I feel very lucky to a found her. Her assistant Albert is always on standby to help with appts and medications. I find that this office works seamlessly and I am happy to be in their care.

SavantCare has been great to work with, especially with everything going on right now. Albert has been wonderful with scheduling appointments as well as helping during the transition between therapists which was a tremendous relief. He keeps you updated and goes out of his way to help you, and I am truly grateful.Ive also been working with Dr. Sorensen as soon as I moved from out of state and he has been a breeze to work with, and listens to my input regarding the meds since they arent the most traditional ones. His assistant BG has been awesome at keeping me updated and is extremely quick to respond when a refill is needed. Overall, would definitely recommend this clinic since all of the staff are phenomenal.

I highly recommend SavantCare. I know because I am a patient. Everyone that I have come in contact with at the office has been so pleasant and helpful. They are a really, really great group of people. I must mention Dr Parikh, what an awesome, well educated, caring, understanding and compassionate doctor. Why do they keep seeing you when they are not able to help you. Sue them all. Mental health means take from the sick. After 40 years in therapy I still have no life. If the medication doesnt solve your problems you are s.o.l.

I live in Torrance and was trying to locate a Psychiatrist that was close to where I live .I contacted SavantCare and I believe God was watching over me. I couldnt have had a more pleasant experience! BG in the intake department was beyond helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and help me through the process. He contacted my insurance to verify if I was covered and he called me back within minutes that my insurance would cover at 100% . I cannot begin to say how impressed and grateful I am to have found SavantCare. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants top notch customer service and overall quality patient care!

My wife was actually seeing the doctors here, she had a really good experience with the care provided. This review is regarding the billing practices and refund policies. We changed insurance mid year and my wife did not know the exact dates. I personally reached out to Scott in billing and he was able to refile the claim to the new insurance company in time. Also the refund was quickly processed but added to internal credit. Reached out to Scott again to get a check in the mail, but he suggested a wire transfer which was quicker and better than receiving a check in the mail. Quick resolution and great customer service, exceeded my expectations. Thanks Scott.

After consulting with several psychiatrists And psychologists we finally found Dr. Savant who has been an answer to our prayers. Dr. Savant has provided my husband with a very good understanding of his problems and the medications he needs.

I have been a patient here for awhile, and Im really impressed by how helpful the staff at this place is. For context, I have had a few situations where I found out I ran out of my meds early or needed an early fill due fo my travel schedule, and have had to frantically call the office before a weekend in the hopes that I could get it sorted before the weekend.BG in particular is super helpful and understanding - even going so far to following up to keep me in the loop and responding / calling my pharmacy multiple times to get it all taken care of before they close for the evening - all this on a weekend! To me this demonstrates that he and the rest of the office really cares about the patients and any unique situations they might encounter. He really puts patients first. When I call and talk to BG, I know he will take care of the situation with empathy. I havent encountered this before, and it really makes all the difference. Thanks BG!

I have nothing bad to say about the actual doctors, but the administrative side of this organization is absolutely the worse mental health organization I have ever worked with. This was a terrible experience with absolutely no compassion of the types of individuals they are service. The focused on making sure that their money generating revenue plans were the first priority, not helping the vulnerable people they are supposed to be helping. There was little compassion for what their clients may be going through and how difficult this process is for them. This is run as a corporate organization where patients are simply revenue.

I am a patient of Dr. Savant for over two years now and have nothing but good words about her and her staff. She is one of the most polite and down to earth doctor I have ever come across. She is a great listener too. My life has changed in these two years and I give credit for that too Dr. Savant. She has made me to learn thinking about things from a different perspective. When I had a mental health care issue I needed help for, this was the only psychiatric practice near me taking patients in the next 3 months. I called EVERYWHERE, and no one else could fit me in the schedule or deal with my specific issue.Savantcare scheduled me within one month and worked hard to get me seen sooner than that upon request. I am so grateful for them being able to see me so promptly. My psychiatrist is an excellent fit. She is well-versed in recent developments in the field, and is able to discuss her recommendations in a way I understand. She also makes sure that she and I are making decisions together. I am comfortable with my treatment plan and feel able to raise concerns if I have any.we problem solve together. The support staff are beyond excellent at returning phone calls, emails, etc and taking care of any urgent issues IMMEDIATELY. I would highly recommend this practice.

***Update 5/8/2018: I won a judgment in court against Savant Care for negligent infliction of emotional distress. Yes, this psychiatric practice CAUSED me emotional distress. Avoid at all costs!***Beware! This psychiatric practice talks a good game, but is more interested in its bottom line than in helping patients. After a bad experience with Savant Care I gave them a negative but accurate Yelp review and they had a lawyer threaten to sue me. Can you imagine a psychiatric practice that threatens former patients? Thats Savant Care, a D- rated business with the Better Business Bureau.Regarding Savant Cares below response, perhaps if they didnt engage in unconscionable conduct they wouldnt have to worry about defending themselves. Its hard to defend the indefensible. A psychiatric practice having a lawyer send threatening letters filled with baseless charges and misstatements of fact to bully former patients into removing honest and accurate reviews is indefensible.Its interesting that theyve lately discovered patients have privacy rights under HIPAA (though they didnt get the acronym right) after it was pointed out on Yelp to them by another dissatisfied patient.Given Savants willingness to engage in unscrupulous tactics to advance their business, I would not trust many of their positive reviews as genuine.

This review is regarding the intake process I had with BG, a very patient and polite man. We went through some health insurance questions and where I would like to see my Psychiatrist (he has a couple locations) based on the proximity from my home. Then, a couple of texts back and forth, and a signature on the website and I was approved for an appointment in TWO days! Very easy and to the point, as it should be! I havent been seen by the Doctor yet but that will be a separate review, if needed. But, as far as the intake process goes, BG gets 5 stars!!!

I just recently moved from Texas to California, and was having the most difficult time finding a psychiatrist until working with BG at Savant Care. BG listened to my concerns and truly empathized with my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I found a doctor who was local and met my needs. He is valuable member of the Savant Care team and should be recognized! Still have not seen Dr. Keeling yet, but if she is anything like her staff then the experience will be excellent.

The whole team went above and beyond for me CHRISTMAS EVE! CVS is horrible & I do not recommend them as a pharmacy. But, Paul, my doctors assistant went above and beyond to fix a problem at the pharmacy to make sure I would not be without medication! I highly recrecomm savant care to others because they put their patients first!

I think everyone has at least some personal emotional issues at some point in their lives. Depression is a common one and its the one I struggle with every single day, since I was a kid. It is so important to find help before things get bad. You may think you can handle things on your own, but you can only be so strong for so long...until you break. At one point, I had gone through over a year of trial and error medications, changing the dosage; I felt like a guinea pig. One of the only things that makes you feel somewhat better during that emotionally draining process is how the doctors treat you, as a person. Savant Care makes things easier; scheduling appointments is a breeze. I appreciate all of their support and kind words I have received over the past few months and have a good feeling about this part of my journey to a healthier me. Every time I walk into their office, its like a little ray of sunshine on my day and a breath of clean fresh air in my lungs. Thanks guys!!

I was very pleasantly surprised that BG and Caroline in the intake dept. make this process so easy and enjoyable. Dr. Alison Mehta has changed the way I perceive mental health. She found me the right mix of medications over the past few months and I can say I am doing much better today. She is very knowledgeable and caring towards her patients. Her office staff is also very efficient and I have always felt cared for. Thank you Savant Care and Dr. Mehta.

The service is fine but the site is god awful. I frequently experience trouble logging in and viewing messages, the navigation is clunky and unintuitive, and when I try to access help desk services customer service rep Im assigned is quick to close my case, pretty much deciding for me when they want to close the issue, even when I have more questions. Savantcare, you need a better web designer. Fire your current one theyre doing a terrible job.

When we reached out for a fresh intake appointment, BG from the intake team was very helpful. He proactively track of waitlist and cancellations and provided an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. He is also very proactive in helping with the follow-up appointments

Dr Sonia Parikh is one of the kindest mental health doctors I know of. I trust her efforts very much and I always sense her motivation to help treat me. Parikhs attitude is very kind and warming, and I never hesitate to be honest about my health issues. Her smile and positivity always makes me feel like she truly cares and that there is always a solution out there. As exaggerating as this may sound, this is truly coming from my heart as I speak about my experiences with her.

I have an awesome experience with Dr Keeling she is a well manner and compassionate Dr I only had 3 sessions with her and I feeling Im heading in the right path, thank you also to Paul and Richard awesome guys always ready to give a hand

Really hard to get ahold of them. Sent them an email requesting to set up a first appointment because I have moderate hearing loss and cannot communicate via phone very well. They responded by sending me a link to view the messages. Heres where my issue begins. In order to view those links you have to make a Help Desk account to view them, why they wont just email me back directly I have no clue. Fine, I made an account and tried viewing their messages except this time I got blocked by Google Two factor authentication (Ive tried resolving this by using different devices). I brought this issue up to them via email and THEY SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE THRU THE FREAKING LINK. Dude, I just want some help. You guys are stressing me out even more. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Ive received an abundant service of support from Dr Parikh and SavantCare. Parikh is efficient with treatment plans, offering kind and genuine support with my struggles. Regardless of the circumstances, Parikh is flexible and tries her best to accommodate to your health needs. Service management is also very helpful, as they are quick to responding to phone calls, medication refill, and appointment updates/reminders!

Seeking help from Savant Care was by far the WORST& most heart breaking experience I have ever been put through in the world of psychiatric care. I am quite confused by some of the quality ratings provided, seeing that the care (or lack thereof) sent my way was unbelievably awful...therefore I have decided to publicly speak up about how poorly I was treated, in the hopes that some of you out there considering this practice may be informed of the disaster that waits ahead. I was a patient of a certain Dr. S at Savant Care for about the past 2 months. While the Doctor himself seemed to have a somewhat engaged plan in helping me find the right medication for my illness, he was ultimately unreachable. While Dr. S made no attempt to stay personally available, my inability to reach him AT ALL was mainly due to his office staff. His staff consisted of his assistant “A” (by far the hardest to work with) as well as two other men “S” and “SS”. From the very beginning of my experience as a patient here at Savant Care, I was met with unnecessary difficulties. Here they are for you:1:The meds that Dr. S had prescribed were not at the pharmacy due to a lack of follow through in actually sending the rx..this took about 5phone calls made on MY end to fix. 2:Savant Care doubles up psychiatrists& therapists; both professions coexist together. This combination is part if what sparked my interest in Savant Care! I was in need of a therapist,& therefore upon my first meeting with Dr. S, I requested to be paired with one of the companies therapists. I was told that I would be paired with one& then contacted; weeks passed& a therapist was not found for me. I continued to ask the Dr. for this arrangement to no avail.3:Due to the fact that I was working through an uneasy medication switch with Dr. S, I had about 3 extreme deppressive episodes during my 2 months as a Savant Care patient. I was(understandably) at a time of great vulnerability& instability. Each time, I made phone calls to Savant Care in attempts to reach the doctor for medicine advice..each time I was met with either voicemail, or spoke with “A” and his team only to NOT HEAR BACK from them at all.4:As a result of my deteriorating stability at this point, I needed to request a leave of absence from my place of work due to my disabling depression& anxiety attacks. When I called in to “A”& his team to request that a Dr. Note be sent to me through email (a fairly simple task) it took 2 whole weeks. I can not even count the number of times that I had to call attempting to recieve that note..the excuses for these delays ranged from “A is out early for the day” “A is not at his desk” “A is out on medical leave”...”S” and “SS” were both at work despite A’s absence,& still they did nothing. This was later blamed on the fact that someone was “being trained”. When at last I was able to reach “A” after he was sick for a number of days, the note was sent in 10 minutes. After all of this hassle, it was really that easy.5: I was in need of a doctor’s note a second time due to having received the initial one too late. For obvious reasons, I was already dreading going through unecessary obstacles again. I was exhausted &hurt by the lack of care that I had been receiving. After having called over to “A”, I was told that Dr. S was away for the week, but that another Doctor would “absolutely” be able to send a note over that day..10 PM came around& I had yet to hear a single thing from anyone. I reached out to “A” on his personal number& was told that the doctor was unable to sign me a note according to legal restrictions. I asked “A” why it was that no one had contacted me in order to at least inform me of this obstacle; I was met with no response. There was simply no reason.After my unfortunate time as a patient at Savant Care, I am ultimately worse off than before. I am still experiencing my initial problems, and I am saddened. Savant Care hurts those with mental health instead of helping them. They are negligent and uncaring. Find yourself a practice that will care for your well-being.

Very helpful staff, Paul was very communicative and helped me sort out a lot of problems/confusions I had concerning my prescription and medication!

The website is not functional. I was not able to complete my paperwork on the website and had to cancel my appointment as a result.
