I wish I could give this business NO stars, however that was not an option. They never answer there phone and never call back. When I finally spoke to the owner she was rude and hung up on me.

The lady who works there is super nice! Im glad this exists in LA. The tanning beds are standard, with new bulbs. Very nice nail polish color selections. You dont have to have a ton of colors if you have the right ones. I havent gotten my nails done here though, but would try. Inside smells pretty strongly of nail polish and remover.

The women in this shop are FABULOUS!!!Lisa has done my hair for 13 years. She has always done EXACTLY what I have wanted and I enjoy her personality very much! She REALLY KNOWS how to cut and highlight hair!Roberta has done my pedicures for 8 years. She does a great job and the massages are EXQUISITE!!! Im sure I will be going there for many years to come!!!❤❤❤

I recently got a prenatal massage from Heather and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend her!

The Land lady is very rude. She is the one who sits in the left room as soon as you enter. She doesnt have any manners.The ladies inside who actually do your hair styling are fine.However, I do not want to put up with the land lady because I dont have much tolerance for bad behavior and so I am not going there again. There are many other good salons in Los Alamos.I wonder if the ladies inside know how much business they are losing because of the offensive land lady.

I am so disappointed in Lisa from LA tan. I had an appointment with Beverly that I had pre-paid in February for. Beverly is awesome; but she was unfortunately unavailable. Because I was going on a vacation I asked if it would be possible if one of the other stylists could do see me but with the understanding it was a pre- paid service and that they could do what I was asking for. I also said I would go in with a photo with what I had wanted to see if she would able to do it. So Lisa called me back that evening and I expalined everyhing to her and she said not a problem to go in and she could do it. I had heard great things; but she is awful! I showed a picture of highlights with the roots blended so as they grew out they would look almost Ombre. She did the highlights that came out great; but the roots look awful. You can see were she used the foil and did and the lines are so harsh that I cant hide them.You can tell she did not try to blend the hightlights and the root at all. She did not only mess up my hair but acted unprofessional durning and after the appoinyment. She spoke ill about her co-workers and complaining the whole about how hard she had to work. Well padding herself on the back saying how much pride she took in her work. I DONT THINK SO. Also tried getting me to pay her for the service and even had me pay her more. I wish I could upload picture so you can see for yourself how bad it looks. I would think twice before making an appointment with this women.

Everyone is fabulous, you should give it a try.
