I love this place. They are so friendly and accommodating. I get my nails and pedicure there regularly and enjoy the service I receive every time. They are good about asking questions and working with you. The prices are not over the top, especially if you are looking for quality. My acrylics have lasted much longer than they have from other places. I will continue to give them my business. I also appreciate all they have done to make your vis there safe during covid.

I made an appointment to get a gel manicure and pedicure, as well as a fill. When I got there I was informed that there was not enough time to do my hands. Keep in mind I traveled about 30 minutes to get these services done. The lady told me that they could fix the broken nail I had only, when doing so the nail was crooked, the paint quality was horrible. When she proceeded to do my toes, she would put the lamp over my feet and my toes would touch, therefore the polish would get messed up. Do you think she did anything about that? No. Lastly, The amount of money I paid for the awful services was out rages. I would not recommend that if you are used to getting good quality work on your hands, going here, TRUST ME.

First time visiting Galaxy Nail & Spa and it was a great experience my daughter got a manicure/pedicure an I got a full set! MY DAUGHTER an I are very happy with our nails!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

They go to great lengths for you to feel safe during Covid-19. They are so friendly, and know what they are doing. The deluxe pedicure was heaven! Highly recommend.

I got a full pink & white acrylic set. The nails started lifting after a week. I was charged $65 for the service which is incredibly expensive. There was an area where the acrylic was not blended with my natural nail on the side and when I pointed this out to the man who did my nails he said it was because I have wide nail beds. 😑 A good nail tech knows how to do a proper nail on all nail types. I will not be going back.

I always enjoy coming here for pedicures. Theyre prompt, and very nice. And extremely aware of Covid precautions, which made me feel safer. I highly reccomend.

Everyone that helped us at Galaxy was amazing. Very friendly and thorough. The gel manicure actually lasted a full two weeks! Even with 4 snorkeling trips on our vacation. Will definitely return.

I used to go to Santa Fe or Albuquerque to get my acrylics done. Now I can walk to my nail salon! I love this place. Helen is great! Everybody is so friendly. She makes her acrylics a bit thicker than most places but thats even better for preventing my dermatillamania and my acrylics last four weeks.

I was happy with the results of my pedicure. Attended with family members and did not have to wait long, did have appointment. My concern was the toddler in salon, this is no place for children, the air quality is bad for their little lungs. Also no parental support was provided, he spent his time with customers.

Always so amazing with my daughter!! She wants to go back every other week for her pedicures in the little kiddie chair!!

Probably wont return. Im writing only from experience. I dont usually give bad reviews. I went in with an appointment and it took a while for me to be helped. When I finally was seated for my service, the technician kept going back and forth between me and another customer. Very unprofessional. Poor time management. If they would just focus on the current customer theyd be done quicker. The owners are very courteous though. I would have to say the staff is unprofessional, they treat the salon like a playground. Again, this was my observation. And the service I received (Gel Manicure) was over priced. I get the same service for $25.00 + tax in Santa Fe. Sorry, but I wont be recommending this location to anyone.

Horrible nails! They were thick and lumpy. 😞 had to go to a different place in Santa Fe that night.

I am shocked at how expensive this place is. I went in for a gel polish. My nails were clean, shaped, and ready to go upon arrival. I even brought my own gel polish. I kept having to ask the nail tech to polish closer to my cuticle. At this rate I will need a polish change in a week. They were friendly but when it was all said and done he charged me $25 plus tax and tip. I can get a complete gel manicure for that price elsewhere. I will not be returning. I dont know about you ladies, but I work too hard for my money to pay that much for a mediocre polish.A few hours after I posted this review I received a call from someone at Galaxy Nails informing me that I was accidentally overcharged. I was refunded $5. This despite questioning the cost at checkout.

Really nice people and they do good work. Very expensive. My daughter and myself had a mini pedi and 1 full set for $150.00 before gratuity.

I have had acrylic nails for 25 years. My appt took way too long and my nails are too thick and look like hooves. Will have to go somewhere else tonight in Santa Fe. Won’t be back.

6/30/2020 covid update: WOW! These guys have gone above and beyond to make safety a top priority, more so than any other business Ive been to thus far during the pandemic. They are requiring masks, taking temperatures and recording who has been in to help contact trace. They also installed plexiglass shields throughout the salon as well as ventilation to suck any germs outside. They also had a sprayer to full body decontaminate. There is also a hand washing station for customers and everything is sprayed down with sanitizer with astonishing frequency. They are also limiting how many clients are in at a time. They have postponed resuming some services that require closer contact but the mani pedis are still well done with courteous service. They seem genuinely happy to see their regular customers back againGreat service! They were busy but took their time with me and didnt rush to get me done and out the door. My nails came out nice and my brow wax looks great.

John and Helen are the best. The girls that work there are the greatest.
