The psychiatrist last month didn’t send my scripts until I had the supervisor step in and now she sent in the wrong dosage amount on my one rx. I need a 30 day supply not 15!I also saw a counselor here but she was very robotic when I would speak with her and never showed any compassion to me.I will be changing agencies.

My daughter has been seen through this agency often in person & televised sessions. The only person who seemed to have compassion was the psychiatrist but never called her Rx in nor followed up. They dont return calls and her, then counselor who is now a supervisor repeatedly relayed to my daughter as well as myself, separately that we could always switch to another counselor. Found this out later which made my daughter shut down. They made us feel as though they didnt care.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! receptionist was so rude to my mother and even degraded her.

They dont even deserve one star. Constantly changing doctors at the Lorain location. My son hasnt even been there a full year and theyre about to have the THIRD doctor start July 2017. No returned phone calls, waited 25 minutes on the phone for it to be disconnected. Once I was told my son had to wait three months since my son hasnt been there in over a month. Which was a lie. I had to take my son to the brookpark location the previous month and she said he wasnt there cause it didnt show up in the system. The doctor that just left even said even if that was the case, which it wasnt, they have no business even telling anybody to wait any period of time. Thier job is scheduling nothing more. My son has ran out of medication numerous times because of them. Im in the process of transferring to Applewood, so I HIGHLY suggest you do not send your child here unless you enjoy a high turn over rate with doctors, no answered phones, being on hold for a LARGE amount of time and the overall unprofessionalism of this place.

They are OK just OK councilors rock but new doc cant prescribe meds or get my autistic ADHD son in for meds hes been with out his adll short since February I keep getting when betheres an opening well get him in when someone cancels other than that youll have to wait till March 1 really the doc wants a weight √every month OK I understand that the word busy is understatement people need jobs get more help And more days than just Monday & Tuesdays I know your overwhelmed but so are the child parents and teachers dealing with a child without his meds cant wait till March 1 and somebody should be available to make appointments right then and there perhaps a secretary nurse has computer she should make following appointments as soon as a childs weight and height are done so please and thank you get on this matter Kids need their meds now thank you Have a blessed day (hire more help please and thank you) Sincerely A .C. Lets talk about March 1st my son is there at an appointment only to be revealed there aint no doctor there what I was told to come to appointment March 1st so he could be back on his medicine with the doctor because the doctor wants his way home will guess what aint no doctor there guidestone you suck somebody written down there contact information so that we can call whoever cuz we had him there and so theres Witnesses to the fact that we were there I am not a happy camper but thank you guidestone for being pathetic Ill take my business elsewhere from now on
