Its rare I have the opportunity to connect with a company 13 years after a purchase to find them thriving.I found an auto tinting card in my 2004 Saturn Vue file. The company name and number in tact. I called and spoke to Damien, the owner, and had the opportunity to tell him the tinting his comany did for the Saturn dealership in 2004 was still in perfect condition. They installed 3M Crystalline 40, the darkest among them, to my vehicle and they did the job very well. They know what they are doing and make it happen. We always make it a point to check the reviews carefully before we order any products or services. We had our car windows tinted at Precision Window Tinting in Longwood because the major reviewing sites awarded them the highest ratings. The owners, Damian and Tresa, are an amiable couple we found to be very knowledgeable and highly principled in their dealings with us. They showed us a variety of samples in different price ranges and explained each product thoroughly. We ordered the Color Stable film since it lasts quite a bit longer than the dyed products. Damian more than saved us the difference in price by checking the old tinting on the rear seat windows with a light meter, and advising that it didn’t need to be replaced since it hadn’t received the same wear and tear and would match the new tinting perfectly. Finally, the rear window has a defroster built into the glass, and we were concerned that when existing film is removed it can sometimes result in disabling this type of defroster. However, Damian was able to complete this delicate installation without a problem. There was no charge for the lifetime warranty we received on completion. The actual work took a little over 3 hours, which matched the estimated time. If you want to wait while your car is being worked on, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there’s a good restaurant only a one-minute walk away. Precision really deserves our highest recommendation. They saved us some money, and did a flawless job on our Toyota Avalon.

Damien was very knowledgeable and personable over the phone as I was gathering information on where to take my new Tesla Model 3. He wasn’t afraid to offer me ALL options available, even if less expensive than other options we were discussing. When it came to the application, his work was quick, clean, and efficient. The finished product looks great! I was referred to this shop by a fellow Tesla owner, and would absolutely recommend.

Reviews like these are very easy to write and dont require much thought since I can easily say that, hands down, Damian is the VERY BEST in Orlando and its not even close. Ive been taking my cars to him since the mid-nineties and he never ceases to amaze me with his talent. Ive seen other people have their cars tinted at various locations and they either have to bring them back to have it corrected or theyre never quite satisfied with the job. He tented my Explorer he did good job

I am a 5 time returning customer, I have referred countless friends to this business including my family who are also returning customers themselves and I myself was referred by a multi-returning customer. The quality of work is superior and there is no doubt about that. However, I sent my wife today with instructions to get 5% around the vehicle and she not being experienced in this process decided to not get the front windows done. The problem here, is she made a mistake and a costly one at that. I base my review solely on customer service at this point and not the quality of work. Within an hour or so after I saw the vehicle we asked if we could change the front two to its correct % and were told it would cost us. Working in customer service for 10+ years this is unacceptable. We are multi-returning customers who have been loyal for years and that is the response we get? Nickel and dimed is exactly how I felt the owner treated us today after spending $300 at his business, and well over a thousand in previous vehicles. My recommendation would be to carefully select a window tinting company whom strides in excellent customer service to ensure your money is being spent comfortably.

Did a great job back in 2013 on my car. A few weeks ago (after six years) the rear window began to bubble slightly. Damien removed and replaced it at no charge. Highly recommend!

Very professional and quick, with a great display to easily decide between types of tinting and how dark you want to go. I especially liked the nice waiting area, where you can easily watch them apply the tinting. They use top-of-the-line 3M stuff, and you can really tell the difference. Looks like factory tinting. All of the tint is cut on a plotter, so there is never any cutting on the vehicle and this insures that the tint fits perfectly. They did a superb job on my new car. The tinting is fitted to my windows with almost surgical precision. Cannot see the edge cutoff lines on the tint. No bubbles. It looks as if the tint was imbedded into they windows themselves from the factory.The waiting area and actual work area are adjoined and inside. So you can watch the job from the comfort of their couch. Just be sure to make an appointment ahead of time since he can only accommodate one car at a time.They use high quality 3M film and you can choose from 4 different darkness shades. They also have non dark film which blocks UV rays that can be applied to the front windshield or sunroof.

You know when one of your best friends gives you a referral to a tint shop 40 or so minutes away from your house, that its probably a pretty good place to go. The funny thing is that over time I forgot the name of the shop, and ended up choosing it after calling over a dozen local tint shops and comparing services!Precision Window Tinting not only had the best bang for the buck, but Damian is laid back, professional and does an extremely good job. He has a very sharp eye when it comes to detail, and after over 20 years in the business, he definitely knows what hes doing and it shows through his work.I have read other reviews from other shops that mention window tinters over-spraying the interior and not cleaning up adequately. This was not the case during my experience. The car smelled great after he was done and looked amazing inside and out.I am more than satisfied with the job he did on my vehicle, and I would absolutely refer him to any of my friends and family if they wanted to get their vehicles tinted.

I was a return customer, but I wont patronize this business anymore. I left my appointment at this business, yesterday, feeling like I was taken advantage of since I was overcharged for something that I did not want.I spoke to Damian over the phone, and he recommended that I should get the less expensive color DYED film, since I didnt know how long I was going to keep my Volvo XC90.At my appointment, I reiterated that, literally saying, since I dont know how long Im going to keep my car, Im going to go for the color DYED film. He said okay, and proceeded to show me how dark the legal limit is, which is how dark I wanted to go.At the end of my appointment, he charged me $40 OVER what the cost was supposed to be, in addition to an added charge for a warranty, that he never disclosed, and once I asked him why the charge was so much, he said he thought I wanted the premium film. I reminded him that I said I wanted the color DYED film, and I asked him if the premium film was dyed, too, and he said no.So I specifically asked FOR the Dyed film and he applied a NON-DYED film which was $40 MORE in his favor. After expressing my dissatisfaction and disbelief that he did that, he did not offer to remove and reapply the correct film, nor to refund the difference, he only offered a measly $10 refund.In addition, during the tint process, he allowed my cars lights to be on to drain my battery. When I attempted to tell him how they can turn off while the key is in, he totally disregarded what I said and told me that they dont turn off, which is incorrect, as I had them off with the car on this past week.Furthermore a post on his wall from the Florida Department of Agriculture states that all work done on a vehicle over $100 requires a written estimate beforehand, so I will definitely look into that as well. My original tint was well under $100, but since he decided to change the tint to one that cost over $100, it looks like he was supposed to put that in writing before beginning any work, which would have solved most of the issues mentioned herein, before they began.Likewise, I will definitely never go here again and will warn everyone I know interested in getting tint done, which is a lot, considering my husband sells cars for a living. I cant stand it when places treat women badly and openly take advantage of them, and when they dont own up to their mistakes and take responsibility for them. As a business owner myself, I believe in treating customers right to have customers for life as well as referral business.

The name says it all, if you want your car done with Precision and Professionalism,This is the shop to come to, I drive from DeLand, Fl just to get my cars done as this has been the best experience and is done right the first time, as it has been every time with great high quality products and great pricing.

My first two cars were done at a tint shack on side of road, and at Flying Window Tinters many many years ago. Afterwards I discovered Precision back when they needed to issue coupons to generate business, (and I hated paying retail)I have had Precision do a small pickup, a civic, a minivan, a Santa Fe, a Veracruz, an Elantra, and most recently my plug-in Fiat. Today will be my wifes Kia Optima, and I am having my mom bring her new Prius in soon.Tinting is not like shopping for an oil change; you dont nickel and dime it to save a few bucks. If somebodys work is consistently perfect and the product is good, stay with them. Over the course of years the risk you take chasing a few bucks wont be worth it. Besides, Damians prices are not overboard to begin with; they are consistent with what you should pay for good work that lasts as long as you own your car.
