First let me say the end result looks very nice.However, it took 3 trips out there for them to get my tint right. I brought in my factory new Model 3 and left it with them for almost a week. After I paid they fessed up to denting my door trim. I was so frustrated looking at the multiple tint defects (hair, bubbles, and scratches) that I didnt notice the trim before paying.Ultimately they replaced the damaged trim and redid the tint, but it took well over a month and multiple appointments. The PPF was expertly applied, however Id recommend getting the full front and not the partial.Another point of friction is their hours, 9-5 isnt exactly convenient if you work 9-5 and their early morning drop off system is far too sketchy for a place that charges what they do.Overall, they kept their word and the result is nice. I give them a cautious recommend, but I wont be going back.(Images of defects are from the first install, not the end result)

The showroom is like a spa!! There is a lot of window tinting places here in Florida but not like this. It looks like one of those places where you would expect to pay so much more but when they told me the total for my truck I was like okay hell yeah sign me up. 2002 Tacoma extended cab. LOL I just wanted to leave a review because I already know its going to turn out awesome. You got to come check this place out even if you got to go a little out of your way. Dont go to one of those places where they make you sit outside next to a kiosk in the Sun.

Did a Chtome delete and when the car was supposed to be picked up it wasn’t ready. The worst part is that they don’t communicate properly. I took a Lyft to get the car and I was told then it wasn’t ready. They offered a Uber since it would be another day. Picked the car a day later and saw spots bubbling up on the grill. I didn’t like it but I needed my car as I had a planned trip. Did highway driving a day later and the wrap on roof lifted off like paper.I sent a picture of the issue and was told they would get back with me with the schedule of the installer to fix it. I had to text 2days later to ask a question to get any communication. I initially asked how much it cost to do job and they saw the car. They are telling now that they did me a favor in not charging me for a front splitter that’s a factory part of the car. There is no customer service here and subpar workmanship. I DO NOT Recommend!!!!

I scheduled an appointment to drop my car for a tint job 3-4 weeks in advance. Received a call confirming the appointment. On arrival at opening time I was told it was an hour and a half to install so I decided to wait. 30 minutes later my car was not in the bay. Next thing I know the sales person says the tech called out sick. Ok no problem just work it in today. Sorry no can do next reschedule date a week or so. NO THANKS

I promise to be fair. I went to do window tint for all windows except windshield. I paid whatever they wanted me to pay. When i picked up my car there was some bubbles and they said it will do by time. After couple weeks there was bubbles that did not go so i passed by and they said they will do it for me again. After picking it up for the second time there was bubbles too and they said the same thing. After couple weeks too went back to them because it was hair and not bubbles so it will not go by it self. They said we do not want to risk damaging the heating in the window so we will refund you the money. Now i have the money but bad tinting and they did not want to pay for replacing the rear window and now i have to live with it this way. Please do not go they do not know what they are doing. They will refund you the money and thats all you get at the end.

We came here to get our company logo and some accent pieces on our car wrapped. Not only was all of the staff friendly but they really knew their stuff. We ended up getting a window tint as well and they explained everything to us and helped us pick out the exact products we needed. We just had Window Tint Z apply a ceramic window tint film to all of the windows on the front of our home. The front of our home has direct sun all afternoon and evening, and is very warm, even with the blinds closed. Now, with the blinds open, it is much cooler. We got several quotes and Window Tint Z was the most competitively priced for the product. Joe did the installation. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. If you need solar protection for your windows, I would definitely recommend Window Tint Z. FYI, they do cars as well.

They did the window tint on my Tesla Model 3. This is a pretty hard tint to do, since the window is very big, curved and has limited access. The did the job very well. They did it as they described they would, on time, and at a very fair price. They also took the time to give me tour of their facility and show me the other types of services they offer. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in the market for window tinting for a Tesla Model 3.

I initially called the one located off of Michigan, I was going to schedule an appointment however the guy told me that their location off of Semoran was available right away. I was very thankful for this as I really wanted to tint my car ASAP. About 20 minutes later kind gentleman, Cliff, gave me a ring to check where I was. (I thought that was very sweet and also good to know that this company really works to provide great customer service) As soon as I arrived he walked me through the different shades of tint and also informed me of all my possible options. Cliff was very kind and answered all of my questions very honestly. I appreciate how up front he was and how he didnt make me feel pressured or obligated to purchase more than what I intended. Ultimately because of his great customer service and great work on my car, I definitely plan on coming back in the future. I am beyond pleased with the work and result!!

I called in to get my appointment last week and also a price. After calling 10 different companies I locked in with Window Tintz to do mine. They provided me a great price, they were honest about what they would do, time frame, etc..I showed up to get my vehicle tinted and was greeted by a gentleman and was told exactly what would be done on the vehicle. We went over expectations and all of them were exceeded.They went to work on the vehicle while I sat in this really state of the art room. The owner actually came in while I was here and he made me feel like home, made the time fly by.Lets talk about the pricing. Very affordable, believe it or not. Mind you, they also have film that is budget friendly and also higher grade film which is what I went with. After calling majority of the tint shops in a 30 mile radius they had the best service (very important for me) and also a very aggressive price. To me you get way more value here than you do anywhere else and I wont go anywhere else.Quality of tint work, so far so good. Time will tell and with tint, it is about time. From what it looks like now, it looks amazing. The cuts, the tint, etc.. all top quality.Customer service: Grade A, I dont give that often, but I do here. I called David on a Saturday morning asking for any available appointments for window tinting. Most places told me there were nothing available, but David said “sure, bring it on in”.My wife’s brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 had its windows tinted to include the windshield. Needless to say the professionalism displayed at the shop and the installer was second to none. My wife was absolutely thrilled with the installation job and loves the double layered ceramic tint. Not only does it look amazing, it cuts the Florida heat.We then returned and had the Ceramic Pro gold package done on the vehicle, to include a one stage paint correction. In addition to the exterior, we had the interior protected by Ceramic Pro as well. All I can say is WOW!!! The vehicle looks better than it did when it was picked up from the dealership. The color deepened and the shine on the paint looks like a mirror!Needless to say my wife and I are Window Tint Z customers for life. I stopped in to ask questions and gather info. I was greeted.This very big woman asked how she could help, I said Id like a quote on getting my car tented. I told her I knew nothing about tenting and asked her to explain some stuff to me. She asked me for my email, I said I didnt have one. I have never had another human snort at me, but today I did. This very large woman snorted at me, like a horse. After snorting like a horse, she grabbed her laptop, walked over and literally tossed her laptop on the table in front of me, made a comment about all the info was there and she cantered off. I waited a few more minutes and left. This woman was all it took for me to know I didnt want to spend my hard earned money here.

The staff was extremely friendly when I arrived! Offered me a seat in their AC cooled lounge with complimentary snacks and treats while I waited. My apt was for 1030a and they were very prompt starting then! Fast, friendly and a great job! I went with the ceramic tint after an educational conversation with one of the guys. I got a quote online and was able to schedule an appointment at their Longwood location. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly and helpful! They have a very comfortable waiting area. Tint looks great on husbands Acura! There was a slight issue with the tint on the windshield but it was fixed immediately without any issue.I also had them come out to my home for an estimate on second story windows. Made an appointment to get some work done. Car was not pulled into shop for 3hrs after appointment time. Show up to get it and it’s sitting in the same spot. Counter person said “oh you said you were coming at 3” if the appointment is at 11:45. Why would I be last on the priority list. She immediately said a tech out to pull the car around, 25 min later they pull it around. I go out to see the work. Many imperfections and poor cuts. I bring it to the attention of the counter person and she tells me they will go away after several days. I am not new to tint and wrapping vehicles, so for me to treated like I know nothing about the work being done is insulting. So I come back a week later do to the imperfections still there they pull it out back to fix it and bring it back out. Where the air bubbles are is now creased and looks just as bad. Tech tells me it looks fine and that’s the best it’ll be. So I tell the counter person they need to rewrap it to solve issue so makes another appointment to rewrap. All this could have been solved by honoring the appointment time and taking more care. Just because it’s not a Porsche or a mclaren or a Lamborghini doesn’t mean you take less caution with my vehicle. I would’ve expected a better execution for a company that prides them selves on exotics and luxury vehicles to the degree they do. Very disappointed.

We just got the two front windows tinted on our Dodge Ram and we love it! It looks so good and Chris and Cliff were so helpful. I took it in, because my husband was at work, and literally had no idea what to do or what to expect. They helped me with the whole process and I was in and out in no time. I had taken a book thinking I would have some time to read; didnt even get a chapter in before they said it was ready to go! They explained the process to me when I had questions and were really nice about the whole thing. Super happy with the tint! It looks great and now we are ready to hit the road!!

Ive had two other vehicles tinted at highly reputable locations in my home town (Nashville). But after moving to Orlando I was concerned with finding a shop that would provide a quality/professional tint job. I found Ultimate Window Tinting via a google search and after reading the good reviews and photos on Yelp I decided to give them a shot. I called on a Wednesday and left a voicemail and within an hour I received a callback and setup an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. Upon arriving I was greeted by David and passed my keys to him so he could tint my 2010 Jeep Patriot. Within an hour and half all 9 individual window of my Patriot plus an additional windshield strip were tinted and they look PERFECT. No stray cuts, bubbles, lint, etc. Couldnt have asked for a faster install or quality job. Im loving it! I recently contacted David @ Ultimate Window Tinting about tinting the front windshield of my model X Tesla. From research and previous experience, I knew tinting the largest windshield on a production car was no easy feat. I scheduled my tint appointment and Angel did the work. The completed job was nearly flawless, however, I had one area of concern. Angel told me to see how everything looked over the next few days and if I wasnt satisfied, let them know. I did exactly that. Knowing that I am quite particular with the details, I reached the conclusion that I would not be happy with the area that I had noticed. I called David and he reassured me that the tint would redone with no problem. I took the car back in and Angel removed the old tint and reapplied the tint to perfection. I realize that no one is going to be perfect everytime, but it is very important for businesses to stand behind their work. I appreciate the commitment the guys at Ultimate Window Tinting have to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to contact them for all my window tinting jobs and I give them a 5 star plus recommendation.

I had an appointment at 12:30pm. I showed up at 9:54am, and told them I was there early because my previous appointment was canceled. They offered to start it then and there, until their appointment came in. They took around 40 mins tops, and finished before their next appointment. Window tints are on point, great customer service, great prices. Overall, a great experience, and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future. If you want tints, these are the people to go to!

Just finished my 2019 C7 got the run around, the owner texted me car is ready went there the PPF was lifting, had to wait to redo, the service from the front counter staff made me felt I just got robbed, for the service I paid for, the work workmanship is good but the final cleaning looks horrible .

They did an excellent job with my vehicle. Not a single flaw in the film or application. The tinting is uniform all the way to the edges of the windows, with no bubbles, creases, or visible lines where the tint ends.Highly recommend this company if you are in the market for tinting.
