I absolutely love this place. They offer lots of different services but I go there specifically for massages. Even more specifically, massages from Craig. He is AMAZING. As my sister likes to say, “Craig is the truth.” He takes his time getting to know you and what areas might be bothering you so he can tailor the massage to help you in the best way. He’s also a great conversationalist if you want to chat but he can also keep the silence and let you enjoy the experience. Go get a massage from Craig. You won’t regret it. As a matter of fact, you’ll be sending all your friends to him. I know I do.

They never answer their phone. Tried to redeem a Groupon deal that I bought from them. Of all the times I called, they never picked up once and they never called me back when I left a message. I just wanted to get what I had already paid for. I guess they just wanted to keep the money without providing a service.

What a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Tina is the best massage therapist ever and Ive been getting therapeutic massages for 15 years! I have a very stressful job and Tina helps keep my blood pressure within normal ranges. I highly recommend.

Ive been coming to Panacea for facials with Tina for 3+ years. Shes the best! I had adult acne for a long time and tried all kinds of places to get it cleared. I finally had to stop searching for the place because I found her ! With Tinas recommended skin care regime, I was able to improve my skin condition + take care of scars and discoloration. She is very knowledgeable and listens to me and my concerns before recommending anything. The things she asked me to do at home are things that fit in my lifestyle and are doable. She took the time to educate me on how things work and how to be consistent. It took time and effort, but it was worth it.Tina is very professional and caring. Shes the best esthetician! I always leave Panacea feeling relaxed, pampered and happy. Its really hard to find good spa in Orlando, wherever you are, its worth the drive.

Ive been going to Jenya since the start of the pandemic. Let me just say that Jenya is the best thing that has come out of 2020 for me. Ive been getting so many compliments about how great and natural my lashes look. Shes a perfectionist and a professional who knows her craft. I highly recommend Panacea Day Spa. Got a massage and facial from Tina. This was by far the most amazing deep tissue massage and facial I have ever had. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her hands are a gift from god! I will certainly be back for additional services. This place is truly a hidden gem.

This was my first experience at Panacea. I found a spa deal on Groupon and thought I would check them out. I had a deep tissue massage and facial with Tina and it was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. She got my knots out and have me helpful tips on how to have healthier skin and help with back tension outside of the spa. Will definitely be coming back when I need another self care day.

I went here for the first time last week, and I loved it. Kayla was amazing, and worked with me to figure out exactly how I wanted my hair. She steered me in the right direction on what to do, and I loved that she gave her opinion on what I should do and shouldnt for my hair. In the end, my hair looks better than I envisioned. I have never been so happy with my hair before, but Kayla really out did herself.

The first time I visited Panacea, I called the morning of my appointment and they got me in very last minute. The receptionist told me they did not have time to dry my hair... but I desperately needed a cut, so I agreed to leave with a wet head. I was charged $40 for a cut, when I was only supposed to be charged $25. The cut was decent. I didnt notice this until I called for my next cut and was told it would be $25 for the same service I got last time. When calling for the follow up cut, a not so friendly receptionist answered the phone, rushed me by stating she had to leave the shop in 4 minutes to pick up the owners children and scheduled me for a Friday. I told her I needed to get in around 4pm and she made it seem like that was on the brink of being too late, but scheduled me anyway. When I voiced my concern about being charged too much last visit, she did not apologize. Instead, she simply stated, that person is no longer with us. I had to call back to reschedule for 4:30. That receptionist was friendly and stated it would be fine to come in at that time. Im all about second chances, so hopefully my next experience with Andre will be better than what it has been thus far!

I had a facial and massage with Tina. It was amazing. I have troublesome acne and she was so helpful. My skin was a little red after but it felt great. I am definitely going to come back. Plus they use organic products. 👍

I was referred by a close friend to visit John S. (stylist) to have my hair cut and colored - I needed something fresh and new looking and John did just that! He is amazing at what he does, truly a talented individual. The atmosphere inside this spa is very relaxing and all the staff are friendly, make you feel at home and provide smiles while youre there. Oh and did I mention great rates on their services? Yep, that too! A+++ highly recommended salon & spa!

Went in for Brazillian wax I get them done all the time. My first st this salon Tina waxed my a layer of my skin off and acted like it was no big deal. I did not realize how severe it was until I got home. A professional waxer should never have left the wax on long enough to pull my skin off with the hair. Very disappointed with the service.

Ask for Sofia, I went for my daughters haircut and styling and she gave us many ideas and tips on how to maintain the hairstyle.She knows what she does and she is quick.

Ashley does the best spray tan in Orlando! They have organic stuff and the final color is amazing!!! Never ever I will go anywhere for this service, very friendly team, very relaxing atmosphere )

I moved down to FL in April and have been going to this salon ever since, its an adorable little place in the historic area. Jenya does my eyebrows, she is so sweet, does a great job. I go to Kayla for my hair for both cut and color and she does an amazing job as well, she listens to what you want and also helped me to figure out a hair color that would work the best and nailed it, I had so many compliments. This is a great small salon with so many different services, not one of those large overwhelming places where you are just a number.

Decided to try a new salon. So glad I did!! Sofia did an amazing job with my hair. Shes a keeper!

Came in for a massage & hair cut, Craig did an amazing job with my massage, patient & lots of knowledge. After my massage I went for a hair cut with John, not to mention this was my first time here, I wanted a blunt hair cut very easy & should have been simply done. He used buzzer clippers to my hair which is not suppose to be done, he was in a rush it seemed like & didn’t bother to wet or spray my hair but used clippers all the way across my back length hair & said all done, didn’t bother to check my hair just said all done in less then 3 mins, it looked as if I was asking for a “V” length bob when I got home the front was longer then the back, I have a disabled son & had to rush home so I was then able to take a really good look, I am so saddened by how a hair dresser would make a human being look like a gorilla. No stars if I could, Ashley at the front was so kind & howeve this horrid experience makes me not want to come back ever & would not recommend at all, what a shame to this business & know I will take this to the BBC come tomorrow since it’s Memorial Day I cant do it today. God news is I went elsewhere & now my hair looks like a million dollars! 😍❤️

Set an appointment for massage and facial for 1/16 at 11 and received a confirmation text for 1/16 at 11. After driving 40 minutes one way to the spa, I was told that my appointment was set for 1/23. I showed my confirmation text which confirmed that I showed up on the correct date (1/16) and was told that someone else had booked this date and time and that the confirmation text must be a glitch in the system. My compensation was being offered to be called back for any possible cancellations, but spending another 1h10m driving roundtrip was not worth it to me. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my 1/23 appointment that I did not set, but did not at the time because I purchased through Groupon and was unsure if I could get a refund. After explaining the situation Groupon refunded immediately and I will be able to cancel the appointment tomorrow. Left feeling stressed and irritated, not relaxed.

Being new to the ORL area last year, I relied on reviews to find a new hair salon. John Swafford is absolutely fabulous at coloring, style, cut, and am so glad that I found him!Jenna gives the best facial that I have ever had...in any high end resort either in the US or abroad. The Eminence skin care line and make up far surpass those that I have used in the past.Look no further...this day spa also offers permanent make up, massages (I hear they are too good to e believed but have not tried yet), and a monthly club membership so that you can either choose facial or massage.Love it...a friendly and welcoming place to indulge!

Jonathan is a talented part of the Panacea team in Longwood and I am proud to call him my stylist. I will not let anyone else cut my hair (worn in a long, layered style). It has been three years since I first found them through a Groupon and I am so glad I did! The staff and atmosphere are a great addition to the excellent service I always receive.

I always look forward to my monthly facial at Panacea with Jenya as sort of a religious ritual. Not only do I love Eminence but the entire atmosphere of the place is so relaxing. Jenya is awesome and what truly sold me was how honest she is. She wont try to sell you a bucket load of product you dont need and in fact, will honestly tell you at times that you dont need it. I love Jenya and I love the spa. John has always done a wonderful job with my hair as well!

I never write negative reviews but I have to here. As a new customer from Groupon, I arrived at 9:50 AM for a 10 AM appt. after driving 45 minutes from Metrowest as a courtesy to be on time. No one was there. I left a message and the owner promptly called back.Owner was not aware of appt.Owner had to call hairdresser to see if she was on her way !!!???Owner said they are not opened on Mondays and they were going out of their way for me as if I was a bother.Owner argued with me that it was not quite 10 AM ... it was 9:58 AMThis made me choose a refund over waiting to see IF the hairdresser would show up = even more animosity from owner.Owner should know all appts. in her establishment.Hairdresser OFFERED me this Mon. appt to increase her hours even though I was fine going on days they were open. If you are willing to go out of your way then do so and not make the customer feel like a nuisance.Hairdresser DID arrive at 10:05 AM flying into parking lot clearly in a rush.When I apologized that I wanted to give her business, she gave me an attitude stating I get enough business So that sealed the deal for me not to stick around.I still could have gotten my haircut, but its the PROFESSIONALISM that troubles me.Professionals should ALWAYS be earlier to greet the customer.Professionals know all appts. and anticipate their customers arrivalProfessionals should not make a customer feel like a botherWould you get your hair cut at a place where the owner would rather defend their unprofessional practices than be sympathetic to a customer who felt uncomfortable given the circumstances? Others can enjoy their business, but I will take mine elsewhere to a place that is at the very least open when I arrive as a courtesy to their customers.

Recently went for a massage, I read really good reviews about one of their massage therapists after seeing a deal on groupon and was looking forward to some relaxation. I was really disappointed only 10 minutes into my massage. The girl I had originally read reviews about wasnt with the company anymore and the new lady seemed inexperienced. It either felt like she was doing nothing or she was doing too much, it was painful and nothing like any massage I have ever received. I called to let them know of my experience and didnt get a call back. Im really disappointed with their customer service more than anything else. I understand the therapist was new, but it was a disappointment. Im sure they are great for their other services as people have written about, but not so sure its the best place for a massage. I wont be going back.

I have been getting my lashes done with Jenya for last three years. She is definitely the VERY BEST!! My lashes always look amazing and natural & last long time. Thank you Jenya!!I have also had a face peel with Tina last week for a first time. Cant say enough how happy I am with the service. I have brown spots on my face and I could see the bid difference now. I had three different peels together (Glycolic, TCA and Vitamin A) and, after 8 days, my skin is glowing! I am planning to do at least two more peels for a better result.

Idiots played big time. They messed my wife’s hair up told them to cut an inch of hair they went and cut half. And charged a fortune!!! Never in my life I will look at them!!!!

Its such an undiscovered Longwood gem, Im almost afraid to share it. This spa is that rare combination of welcoming, and talented people that can do just about anything you want. I see Jenya once a month and Kayla every other. They accomodate my crazy schedule and are efficient, yet never rushed. You will always walk out feeling and looking so much better than when you enter. They all take such good care of you. Not to mention that the prices are very affordable!

I LOVE going to Panacea Day Spa!!! I found out about this place through a Groupon for Eyelash extentions. At the time I didnt know how great Jenya (the owner) was, because everytime I tried to book an appointment she was never available. When I was able to be graced with her presence and her hard work ethic, I see why women will go out of their way to see her. I never knew anything about eyelash extentions, and I am greatful she takes her time to explain what she is doing and why she uses certain lashes. Jenya is awesome and I cant see myself going anywhere else.
