Trying out Divine Appeal spa for the first time. It is tucked in a shopping plaza, a bit hard to find. The entry area is good, the girl was friendly. I was left with a feeling that she was not very experienced. The way she spread the wax... Overall a good experience. One thing that I wasnt impressed with was the dirty floor. Other than that, its ok. Thank Groupon for giving you an option to check out places at a fraction of the price before you decide which place to choose...This would not be my place.

Ive been coming to Diana for over 3 years for Brazilian wax. Very friendly and professional. She makes you feel comfortable. Pays attention to details and makes sure everything is done right. Does a great job and cares about her costumers. Clean environment. Great service! Highly recommend.

I had never gotten waxed before coming to Divine Appeal. Diana was recommended by a family member and I’ve been a loyal customer since. Diana does a great job accommodating to everyone’s comfort levels and pricing is more then reasonable compared to other places. Her space is always clean and I’ve never once doubted her abilities in any service I’ve needed. I definitely recommend Divine appeal spa to anyone that is iffy about getting waxed for the first time or is looking for their new spot. The past employee(s) that took over during her maternity leave did not match Diana’s quality but be clear! She is back and better then ever!

Diana and her assistant (I believe Alejandra) were amazing at the wax sessions I had done! My first session I was so nervous, but I knew I was in good hands as soon as I had arrived. They make the process go by so quick! Definitely book your appointment with Divine Appeal.

Diana has been my go to for the past few months, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! She is incredibly professional and knows what she’s doing! I get Brazilian waxes, and I hardly flinch because she’s so amazing! I’ve been other places and the technicians made me feel awkward, but it’s like going to hangout with a masochistic friend once a month😂In all seriousness, Diana is amazing and you should definitely give her your money!

My first time here a few months ago was great but it was a different girl. So I scheduled a same day appointment today, online and when I got there they were closed. I called and left a voicemail and someone called me back stating that they left out early and I must have scheduled my appointment two hours ago because they didnt get a notification. Then she said would you like to reschedule for next Friday or on next the business day which is 4 days away? I feel like the conversation shouldve been handled differently. She made it seems if it was my fault when Im thinking your schedule is open for scheduling so there should be someone in the spa! Sooooo disappointed! Ill never recommend or book here again!!

Diana is great. I love her shop so quiet and peaceful. I have been going to her for over a year don’t know what I would do without her..

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I picked up my wife from this place and not only was it super hard for us to find but the building was so old and unkept, when she got in the car after her appointment she expressed to me that the floors were extremely dirty and the lady at the front was dressed unprofessionally. If youre looking for a high end spa, this is not the place to go, I was scared to let her go into the building alone and there were no other cars around. Not a pleasant experience

I discovered Divine Appeal Spa about 2 years ago through a friends recommendation while 5 months pregnant, and have been Loyal client to Diana (Owner) every 4-6 weeks ever since, She runs a great business hands down Her scheduling is super convenient (website call or text), her pricing is great (especially her loyaltyprogram)! And her communication/ Professionalism is 100% without a questionIve gone to different places over the years, but by far Dianas got skills!Shes quick, thorough and always carries a good convo making things seem painless lol she ALWAYS makes sure your comfortable most importantly!She always keeps the studio is very clean and organizedDiana left for maternity leave early February leaving an employee incharge of appointments for her. I myself had 2 appointments with this employee and she absolutely did NOT meet Dianas experience standards AT ALL.Im very pleased Diana is back from maternity leave and just booked my appointment for next week!!

Dianna is back!!! She shouldn’t be since she is on maternity leave!! I have been going to Divine for a few years, she had a few employees who took over appts while on maternity, they were not good and no longer work there. But now she is back!! If u used them in the last few months... go back to Dianna!!!

Diana was very nice and professional. I called her when I had gotten lost and she met me in the parking lot. Her suite was very clean and the soft music made the waxing experience more relaxing. She is reasonably priced and her weekend hours are the best. I will be back and I am certainly recommending her to others.

Diana is all around wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, has great attention to detail and I always leave extremely satisfied!She is great at reminding you of your appointment & even sends you a text message with clear instructions on how to get there. (She even includes a picture of her salon location, as to not get confused with the other buildings.) I’ve been a satisfied client of hers for almost a year & I highly recommend her!

I had an 11:30 appointment for a brazillian which didnt start until about 12 due to address confusion. Apparently the address is notorious for being misdirected when relying on GPS which should be something customers are aware of in advance. Even arriving the recommended 15 mins in advance, I had to wait until Diana returned my call to find out where I needed to go. Once I was able to get in touch with Diana she directed me on how to find her and was very informative and pleasant during time of service. Although she was very sweet, I am still undecided about returning as I left with both wax and hair in several undesired places; I brought the hair concern to Dianas attention and she stated that it was mt first time, it is typical to still have hair that hasnt been removed after my first session.

This was my first time receiving this service which was quite intimidating. Diane was comforting and knowledgeable. Ill definitely return!
