Don realtor didn’t show up atclosing also allowed an additional 150$ fee add on. We had to sign under duress. Since they wouldn’t close unless we did. He didnt even respond when we closed. Wouldn’t recommend. He didn’t even bother to tell us what needed to be done at closing. Never even responded when we closed. He got his money though even if he didn’t show us the property we found on line.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Jennifer Roberts on the purchase of a town home in Winter Park, FL. The issues stemmed from the beginning when it took her almost two full days to produce a standard as-is FAR BAR contract after she was told we wanted to make an offer. After we received the contract we had to send it back to her with review comments to fix blatant errors such as putting numbers on the wrong lines! After the results of our inspection came in we decided not to move forward with the purchase, as we were not able to come to an agreement with the seller over repair requests. Jennifer almost completely cut off contact with us over what we can only assume was frustration out of not closing the deal. After reaching out to her multiple times over the next steps of cancelling our contract we were met with silence. I had to personally reach out to the sellers agents to get the cancellation paper work signed so that we could get our initial deposit back. We will not be working with Jennifer Roberts going forward.

I attempted to obtain the services of an agent to assist in locating a rental for my family with a recent relocation. I was advised they didnt do rentals but could send them zip codes, budget and rooms so they could forward it to a listing agent.Their office is less then 20 min from mine and the didnt even try to refer me to a colleague/associate.Unfortunately Unimpressed.
