KBS recently finished painting 224 townhomes in our community (a total of 40 large buildings). In addition to painting, they pressure washed all of our concrete surfaces (driveways, sidewalks, back patios). The before and after difference is incredible. They did a great job overall on both painting and washing. Chris (KBS) was always available by text, phone, or e-mail for any issues or questions that came up. Chris and the paint crew foreman walked each building with an HOA board member when they were finished. On each building we created punch lists for touch up which they completed within a few days. They also kept the residents well informed by posting notices on doors about pressure washing and painting. Overall, highly recommended and very easy to work with.

Where do I even begin... KBS has been a wonderful company to deal with all the way from their customer service and wonderful attitudes to their fantastic work ethic. They were nothing but nice when it came to talking to them and I mean who knew a bunch of good ole boys from sanford could do such an amazing job. Highly recommend this crew for future services.

Extremely unprofessional. They are currently painting Archer Woods Apartments and have been harrassing and cat calling a young lady who lives here. The poor girl is too afraid to walk her dog outside because of their harrasment. They clearly have no supervision at all and shouldnt be trusted even painting.

I should like to respond that the company reflected by past works and a company I had an experience with are completely different and should they be the same entity I commend them on their efforts to rectify any PR concerns and I say kudos for the update to the personal image and really wish I had had this kind of interaction from the start.
