I believe I have found the caterer/event planner of my dreams!Premier Events catered the Lake Forest community Casino Night on Saturday, May 18th. Premier did an extraordinary job.The staff was prompt, efficient and professional and served as enthusiastic participants in making the event a huge success.The food was amazing and plentiful. I never once had to worry about a platter being slightly empty or a dirty plate or glass sitting anywhere. They left the clubhouse kitchen cleaner than when they walked in!As you know, a Casino Nights can get rather rowdy and the Premier staff definitely had a “go with the flow” attitude.If you’re looking for a worry-free event, I’d pick Premier again and again. No questions asked!

I wanted to thank you so much for the great service and excellent food that we received on Saturday, October 13th. The brownies were incredible by the way, the delivery was made right on time and I could not have asked for any more! The food was great and there was plenty to go around. Again, thank you so much for this, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how great your food and service is.
