Working out at White Dragon is always beneficial because we are under direct supervision of the master of the School. His wife assists in helping each student improve his or her skills. As one progresses through each form or level you begin to feel more like a family.

I started here when I was 56, I am now 73. I wish I had started much earlier. I started for exercise. I got that plus increased range of motion, better balance, and stress relief. Scott always works with you on an inability to do something while motivating you to move toward doing the move. White Dragon is far above any other martial art I have experienced in that virtually every move has a martial aspect. I most highly recommend it .

I have been going to White Dragon Kung fu for close to a decade. I love the self-defenses and sparring, plus lots of open hand and weapon forms. Scott, the owner and instructor, works with everyones physical limitations to ensure you are progressing and learning real kung fu. The practical self-defenses lets you know that you could handle yourself if you ever really needed to use them in a real life application.
