My Iphone fell off the top of my car. I was concerned because i have a Iphone 12max which is still not fully paid for. They did a great job, you can not tell the screen was replaced. This is good when you want to upgrade you phone. I dont often leave reviews but they did such a good job, I had to comment on them.

After needing a quick screen repair for my iPhone 11 Pro Max to meet trade in criteria to upgrade my phone, I shopped around online and found these guys to be almost $200 cheaper than their competition and was able to do it within the time frame I needed it. Cant say how much I appreciate this service! They were great! My phone went dead and I had to have it for an out of town trip and was in a panic. My recent visit was a disgusting experience. The day before my teenager daughter asked if the store could fix her old iPhone8s camera as the glass was broken and photos became blur. This guy checked the lens and told her it should be fine if the glass was replaced; But until he opened the phone, he would know that she needs a new cameran or not. In the afternoon after 6pm, when my daughter came back to pick up her phone, he had left already, another clerk was there and handed her the repaired phone with $107 charged. She then realized the photo was still blur, but the clerk was hurry to leave and told my daughter it was fixed already. So the next day morning I called the store and told the guy that the camera was still bad after a glass was replaced. Then guy became very defensive, and insisted he told my daughter she needed to replace the camera in first place. I asked if I could talk to the store manager, he claimed he was the manager. Then I asked if I could talk to the store owner, he rudely disconnected my call. So I drove to the store myself, as my daughter was on the online class. I went in and talked to this guy, told her $107 was my daughters weekly salary. He really should have told her after he opened the phone and found the new camera was really in need, so she could make her judgement that if this old phone worth hundreds dollars repair, instead of just irresponsibly placing a new glass and told her its fixed, because he knew exactly she came here to fix the camera in first place. He then offered paying additional $50 to replace the camera. I told him I would let my daughter decide if she wanted, and also asked if I could get the owners number; Now this guy got highly irritated and suddenly requested me to leave. I was so upset and asked why. He then threatened me to call the police. He did and claimed I was aggressive! I felt his threat, so I called police too. The officer on the phone suggested me get out of the store if I felt uncomfortable and wait for the police coming outside. I did immediately. After the officer came and talked to both of us, the officer told me I should not come back again as it was a private property. If I did next time, they would arrest me as a trespasser per that guys request; but my daughter can bring the phone back and they will replace her camera for $50. I told the officer it was my first time definitely would be the last time to come to this store!!! In the afternoon after my daughter finished her school online, she went back to the store again hoping to have the camera replaced, as she was leaving for Salt Lake City that night, and really needed her camera function well for the trip. The guy saw my daughter and said because I called police this morning, he would not repair her phone any more. Teenager got frustrated and very upset, called me again. I told her both the police officer and the guy did tell me this $50 offer, I didnt hear wrong. Then I daughter went back in the store, mentioned this again. Then the guy told my daughter now if she could pay $100, he would fix her camera... I wish this guy good luck to keep this business on and on, be honest to himself and others, would never ever rip off teenagers any more in the future!!!

Dropped off my Samsung Galaxy S8 for screen repair and I am AMAZED with the quality! Its like having a new phone all over again! Had a few snags along the way with getting proper items for repair (Delivery company had a delay) they handled the situation gracefully and with a smile, thank you so much!

Brought in a pair of headphones that only needed 2 wires soldered- they failed to do this task twice, my initial visit and my return visit when it was not functioning. Headphones are again, not functioning correctly. Failed to test headphones prior to pickup as well, told me they were tested.If an electronics repair shop cannot handle soldering 2 wires together, and took a week to do so, runs out of simple heatwrap, do not trust them to do anything.

DO NOT GO HERE to fix a PlayStation, I had a broken hdmi port and needed it to be replaced and after he “fixed” it he destroyed my ps4’s motherboard so now I have to buy a new one

As happy I was to find them to be the cheapest phone screen repair in town.... I got what I paid for. The quality of the screen is clearly cheap and does not support 3D Touch on iPhone (which I use every day) When I brought it back to them because the forcetouch was not working, and the screen was not fitting in correctly, they were not understanding of the issue. Seemed as though their knowledge of how the 3D Touch works was extremely minimal. Would not recommend a screen repair here unless you want an iPhone 3G quality screen placed on your iPhone 7+, 8+, or X. (Was also told they would get back to me on the issue, and never did)

Got my phone repaired here. It was simple, very convenient, very fast phone repair. Walked in and within 30 min was out the door with a new screen. Had a nice little conversation with the owners, very nice and happy people. Would recommend to you if your need a friendly place to get your phone repaired at.

In my two recent visits there I have been extremely disappointed. The first time I had an issue is when my sisters Galaxy S6Edge needed a battery replacement. When she got the phone back, it was on practically the exact same percentage and the battery life had no observable difference, so I can only assume that the battery wasnt swapped. The worst and second issue was with a Galaxy s7 edge. The screen was cracked so I took it there to get the glass replaced. They promised it would be a same-day service (it also says so on their website) and somehow it took them a day and a half. Additionally, when I got the phone back, the microphone, multitask and back button, and voice recognition no longer worked. This dropped the phones trade in value from nearly $300 to $53.65. I tried to reach out to them through the contact form on their site and even called the store. I was placed on hold, and then was never helped, and I also never received a response from the contact form. I would never trust this place with my expensive electronics again!

Chris fixed my Samsung Galaxy s8 Glass repair for only $140! It looks awesome! other places wanted double the cost, not going to lie i was a little nervous from the other shops telling me it could not be done but he reassured me and did an awesome job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO TRY THESE TECHNICIANS OUT.

It is never fun to have to fix your phone. after doing some research I found this place and based on the good reviews I gave it a try. first came in and was greeted very nicely and taken care of quickly. I felt comfortable leaving my phone with them so I left for lunch came back and had a new looking phone. i saved money and got a great experience so no complaints here. chris was a great guy and I recommend them to anybody who needs a phone repair.

I Dropped my phone off at 2pm, they said it will be done from 6pm to 7pm.( too only replace my cracked screen!) And it was ready at 6:30pm, I barely had enough time to get there, then I run into traffic. So I got there 10 minutes late, and they are gone. Store is closed. I told the man at 2pm Ill be able to get my phone back today? Because I need it for work. He says yesSo I had to go to work with no cell phone, I work for a wedding and party rentals and not having my phone was absolutely terrible. All they had to do was wait 10 measley minutes for me to show up and we would have been good. Instead, I couldnt pick my phone up until 10am the next morning. I got my phone finally at 4:45pm. The screen online costs $15.00 and paid $85 for that and the horrible customer service that came along with it.

Would give 10 stars if I could! My iPhone stopped working- would not charge at all. Took it to Apple store, multiple other cell phone companies, they all said the phone was unfixable and needed replaced. Took it in to Mr Cell, 2 hours later and only $60 to fix my charge port and my phone is back and good as new! I would have lost countless photos, video, and memories if it weren’t for this store! They were wonderful!! Highly recommend.

Brought my phone in to have the charging port replaced. It worked for about 2 weeks and stopped charging. I brought it back with receipt for repair and they corrected the issue. My phone was able to charge but did so very, very slowly. I could leave it charging all night and in the morning it still wasnt fully charged. My phone supports quick charge 2.0 so this slow charging was definitely faulty. I am pretty sure they used the wrong part to make the repair.

Fast service to fix the phone. they opened 5 min late in the morning so i had to wait but i guess it was well worth it. overall i am happy with the repair and customer service

What an awesome place. I had never broken a phone in my life, but managed to shatter the screen on my iPhone 6s this past weekend. I did a web search for different places that could do screen repair and came across Mr. Cell. They were cheaper than any other place I found and they were just blocks away from my house. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and had my phone back looking like new in a couple of hours. I couldnt be more grateful. Thank you Mr, Cell!

Worse experience Ive had. Service was not good at all. I was not treated like a customer, he disrespected me. My iphone was not functioning but I did not know what it had and I decided to take it to this place. Here, Chris said it had a touch disease and that he had this problem from other customers before and could fix it,I believed him. He took the phone to fix it and said it would be ready the next day. I called the next day he told me it would be ready and he said it would be another day until it was ready. It was the same story for a whole week. When it was finally ready the phone only worked for about 30 minutes after I took it home. I called to make them aware and they said I could bring it back since their policy says its 60 days if anything goes wrong with the service. He blamed me for the problems the phone was having and said it would be ready in a day. I went the next day in and asked for it. He said he had not had time to fix it and that it was apart at the moment and that if I wanted it right then and there I could not come back. The next day, I went and he said oh,its you. I could not fix the phone. Ill give you a refund and we will call it a day. The phone was not letting me unlock it. The touch screen was not working at all. He only made the phone worse than it was. I called to let him know that was happening and asked if he had done anything that could have made it worse. He said I dont know how to fix it, so you have a good day and hanged up. At this place, they clearly dont know what they are doing. They will waste your time. Its only cheap because their services are not worth anything more than what they ask for.

If you need your phone fixed you need to come here. They easily could of charged me fifty dollars extra out of my ignorance but they didnt and were honest with me. Appreciate the honesty which is getting rare these days. Anyways, 5 stars all the way

Wow, I have a cracked screen on an LG Flex phone and got quoted by Ubreakifix to repair it for $250, Mr. Cell just quoted me $130 to repair the screen!! I just ordered the part over the phone which they stated would take 3-5 business days and it would take about 30 - 45 minutes to repair. The rep was very polite so they will absolutely continue to have my business!

Great experience. Spilled wine on my macbook pro and lost 10 years of data. Went to apple and they offered to sell me a new macbook pro for $2000 and to help send my hard drive to Drive Savers for another $1200. No thank you. Stopped by Mr.Cell after asking for recommendations from friends. After 2 days and $150, I have all of my data and a working macbook. Thanks Mr.Cell!

I am a pretty technical guy but after i messed up my own phone trying to fix it myself I damaged it even more. Needless to say I was freaking out but thank god my buddy recommended Mr.cell. they were great and fixed my phone like new. Very disappointed in quality and workmanship. With only 10 days of use my repaired LG g3 screen replacement was coming loose from the phone and cracked the screen. I called and asked for warranty repair and was told there is no warranty but they offered to replace for $80. I decided to take the phone in to plead my case and was told there is no warranty and repair would be $90. I would stay away from these guys. They were the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I purchased a phone from this store that they said was unlocked. When I took the phone to metro they told me the phone was still under AT&T. When I took the phone back to the store, the owners refused to give me a refund and also told me I would have to pay for the unlock after they told me it was already unlocked. I strongly advise customers to steer clear of this business.

Fixed my Nexus 5 but forgot to reattached the camera module so I had to return for the repair. Would have been nice to hear some kind of apology for my wasted time but nothing. They did repair it the second time pretty fast.

After another repair shop had my galaxy a3 for 2 weeks supposedly waiting on a part I got frustrated and picked it up. I searched on my phone again and saw that mr.cell had a bunch of positive reviews so I called them. They told ne they could fix my phone within 1 hour which i found hard to believe since the other shop couldnt even get the part. Anyways I took it to them since I had nothing to loose and sure enough they did fix it in a hour and now my phone is charging again like it was new. I took my mac laptop, to replace the hard drive, when i go to pick it up they said it was all ready, when test it in front of them i found out my mouse doesnt work, they keep it for a few weeks and they didnt take responsibly for breaking my mouse pad. He was very rude, and didnt respect me as a customers. I do not recommend him.

I had a good experience here which is awesome because I would have died without my phone. It broke while getting out of the shower (ya I know!) and only the glass broke. got it fixed in 2 hours and I couldnt beat the price. will return hopefully later than sooner!
