On 5/21/20 at about 9 A.M. I called 3 times. First, the lady who answered the phone, hung up on me when I said Hello. I called back thinking it was a bad connection. Asked if they do media blasting (a restorative service I need). She says we have someone that does this already and hung up. I call back, because surely she misunderstood me. I say I dont know why you keep hanging up on me, I want to know if you provide this service because I need it, so before you hang up on me again, do yall do it or no? She replies no we are a restoration company. If they cant answer simple questions or have patience with a prospective customer, Id be willing to bet that this IS their standard of customer service.
They dont know what the heck they were doing they were hired to remove mold 5 weeks ago and took out the contaminated mold and put in the bedroom, 5 weeks later its still there now the mold has contaminated the rest of the house now its going to cost double the money to get rid of the mold and the manufacturer doesnt wanna pay because they screwed up from the beginning. What a joke.
