Not helpful. Stopped in to ask about taking a look at my AC unit on my 2002 Jetta TDI. Once I described the problem he said, sounds like a bad compressor, $1,500. Sorry. I asked, you can tell that without even looking under the hood? He said, I dont want to look at it, hows that?Seriously, how do people stay in business if they treat customers like that?
