You cant find many independent businesses like this one. We have been taking mowers there for at least 8 years for routine maintenace. The owner is the sole repairman so be patient when calling or waiting for an appointment. Hes honest and if repairs are needed does a great job.

Two of the 1 star reviews about over the phone customer service of this small business. Ridiculous! Experienced professional mechanic who does excellent work. I am glad he doesnt hire a ft person just to answer the phone and kiss peoples behinds I dont wanna pay for someone to be nice on the phone. I wanna pay for parts and an expert to do the job right. If they want customer service then go buy a new engine. I promise youll get excellent customer service till they have your money...reviews should be based on the product and the service rendered.

The owner is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He got my lawnmower working again and his shared expertise has kept it running season after season. He gets a lot of business when the weather turns warmer, so be patient. It will be worth it.

Called them, didnt get any answer. Left a voice mail, its been two days now, havent heard back from them. Guess they must have closed up shop and gone out of business. Oh well, tough biz to compete in I guess. Cant really rate the business. Gave it a star cause ya have to give something to be able to post.

I called to check up on my lawn mower and the first words out of the persons mouth was have i called you yet. I would have been fine with any excuse in the book but to say that was unexceptable and was the end of me doing business with Quick Start. Quick Start might have even done a fine job on my mower but because of poor customer service I dont care to ever find out.
