Just as an example of the type of person youd be renting from check out the ad he bothered to spend money on in the Seattle Times. Crying a river in the Seattle times about his poor investment choices and wants the local government to bail him out. Poor guy had to sell a few of his 100 homes. Must be hard being a parasite. Hope he lands on his feet. Its people like this that cause the housing crisis in this country to begin with. Do not rent here or anywhere else he owns!

One of the worst here in town, caters to friends and family of theirs and will kick you out to move in said friends. Theyll use putting an eviction on your history to blackmail you into paying rent even if they are still kicking you out. Then they will tack on as much as possible to claim you owe them and put that on your credit. Never again. Glad Im buying a house and will never have to deal with landlords again.
