Not worth a star but wont let me choose less.

I love my counselor, she helps me out a whole bunch! But the check-in service is really slow, and cuts into other people’s time to see their counselor. It alsofeels like there is a lack of communication in the building. So it can get frustrating when trying to figure out things, like dates, and when a counselor is going to be off etc.

They are more then willing to break HIPPA to schedule and give you all the information up front for your child but if you try to call back to confirm any of the info they will refuse to give it to you. Does that even makes sense? Not to me.

Truly a horrific to work with. I will never send anyone to them again. The things I saw happening there still give me nightmares. Management appears to be totally clueless and uninformed about what is really happening inside their company and as a result terrible things happen.
