Just as others have said, if you’re picking up at the C -doors, you have to shut your engine/apu off. The overhead awning doesn’t quite cover the whole truck can, so 90+ degree weather,mid-day sun, almost 2 hours to load, and no wind equals a miserable time (the drivers lounge is 1 chair across from the shipping window). Also, no restroom. At least the office staff and guard are nice.

For those bellyaching about baking by lack of idle or APU usage while docked in the C doors. It’s simple drop the trailer and bobtail away from building. I’m sure they’d rather you stay cool or warm vs dying of heat stroke or hyperthermia. Use your brain fellas and ladies.

I didnt have to dock inside a bay so cant speak on the ludacris policy to have drivers bake in the heat with truck off. Id unhook... I was in and out, 55mins total. Scale on site but wasnt necessary for me... Office ladies are great, one guy seemed to be on a powertrip but theres always 1... Nice load.

Whatever is said about the company will be a bit,from the entrance through attitude in the office and loading including departure Its just great it was an honor for me to take a load from you, this company can be an example for the rest of the business

Very veryyyyyyyyyy picky with what your trailer looks like inside.. they want all trailers that come here to be no older then 2 years..I got rejected cause my trailer is 6 years old.. clean floor..idk.. so if your trailer is in bad shape or just old as dirt dont come here youll be rejected..

In n Out in 1 hour. Easy checkin and fast loading. Restroom on site with vending machines. Weigh scale on site for $9. Plenty of parking space.No idea for overnight parking.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!Very slow loading. got door after 5 hours, loaded an hour ago, paperwork still not ready. No restroom.

I’ve been here 3.5 hrs and still waiting. I don’t complain much, but this place needs to really change the way that they do business. After hitting the dock, you’re ask to stop your engine. REALLY!!!. It’s 91 and feels 95. Absolutely absurd. I think I’ll stay away from this place

Checked in 9.20 am god loaded in about 1.30 minutes but did not getting a green light. Went back asked a worker he said he doesn’t have a pecking slip. You can’t run your truck and it’s 97 digress outside so when you come here get some ice because you going to need it!!!! It’s 1. pm I’m still here wish me luck!!!

Worst place avoid at all cost, front office staff rude long loading, we are more valuable then places like that, don’t book those loads, we are the Hero’s not zeros, shippers like this need to learn and respect our valuable time !

First time there but I have to say they were pretty organized. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The scenery inside at the shipping desk was well worth the trip.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now to deliver and get loaded. The office and warehouse personnel are very professional and courteous. They get you in and out quick.

My husband has worked for them years ago. And hes going back. They are family oriented great benefits .

Quick! Come with a clean trailer. May need a washout prior, make sure broker shares that info. Scale on site $7.
