Our account Rep, Sarah Kress, is excellent to work with. She is very responsive and makes sure everything is going well with the cleaning. Shes even stopped in at our office on multiple occasions to ensure were happy. The cleaners are in and out and never interfere with our day to day business operations. If I could have rated this company without a star or at the very least half of one I would have; this is a terrible service. They come to our company twice a week and each time the conditions worsen. Nothing is swept, the floors arent mopped and the counters/desks look as if they were wiped down with a rag soaked in filth. I will say that they are pretty apt at cleaning a trash can, so if you need your trash cans emptied AND NOTHING ELSE then I highly recommend their services.***UPDATE***Well, things have only gotten worse. I can now only assume that the cleaning service has found a muddy stream to use as their means for wiping down desks and furniture. Thankfully, instead of just spraying down the hard surfaces theyve now taken the approach to blanketing the backs of computer monitors and digital cameras. Nothing starts your day like having to CLEAN what the cleaning crew cleaned...
