Arrived on time, very professional, asked for anything needing special attention, paid attention to details, house was sparkling clean when done.

Firstly, I’ve never made it past the initial shock from the quoted $700+ to clean nothing more than a tiny bathroom, small kitchen/dining room, to include a lot of dirty dishes. No more than 2 hours work max.It sure seems like instead of just saying, “Sorry but we pass on this job”, They just gave an outrageous price. To me this is incredibly rude, and dishonest.Don’t use these people.

We set up a walkthrough for service estimate with them, weeks in advance . Completely no-showed the appointment. No contact recieved since. I think that pretty much says it all

Up To Par striped our concrete floor at the Backstage cafe at the Kelso Theater Pub a month ago. I waited to make a review to see if they would stay glossy. I love the job they did. The floor looks awesome, maintenance is a breeze. My only regret is I didn’t have it done earlier. Before and after pictures included.

They never got back to me. I called them 3 days later and was told someone would call they stillHavent. I had accepted the bid, but they couldnt bother to schedule the servíce.g

They did exactly what we asked of them AND SO MUCH MORE!! There were water issues in the shower we hadnt anticipated and both women (Erin and Ashley) managed to stay calm and work around the problem. I was not here and my wife wasnt sure what to do at all. The UP TO PAR cleaners did the best they could and it was excellent. We recommend this business highly. In spite of this (major)setback they managed to get all their other work done on time. We are very pleased!

Krista recently cleaned the windows for our office building. They had been needing a deep clean for a while and when I contacted her she was able to come out the very next day and get to work! The windows are so nice and clean and really make the office brighter. She worked hard and went the extra step by cleaning the tracks and the screens. I know that Krista and her staff really take pride in their work and we are happy to have been able to support her local business. We will definitely use her again for window cleaning.

Awesome job! I didnt think Prographyx showroom was dirty till I saw how shiny it looked after Up to Par got done. All the glass shelves are crystal clear. Counters and floors are 100% nicer. Just left one evening, came back the next day and it was beautiful! Thank you Krista!
