Awful place to work, super inconsiderate and dishonest staff. They ripped me off when I put in my two weeks and never paid me for time worked and classes completed that I was supposed to be paid for. I do not recommend working for or having a family member cared for by them. Care given by care takers is subpar at best. 1 star

We cannot thank Elder Options enough for everything they have done for my father. The home care he receives is very helpful to him. His caregiver, Eve, has been exceptional. She helps him do things that he is getting too old to do himself, like cooking and cleaning.

The man who provides home care for my mother is really good with her. He has so much patience with her and we really trust him to help take care of her. He is so caring with her and really devotes all his attention to making her happy. He will take take her to get her hair and nails done.

Our mother uses several of Elder Options services and finds them very helpful. Previously, she used the ResponseLink systems and caregiver services. She was able to live in her own home for several years longer. These services provided us some peace of mind knowing that even when we were not able to go over and see her, someone was checking on her or she could reach someone in an emergency if she needed. Now that she has gotten a little older and her condition is worsening, we are using their housing referral services to help find the best senior living home for my mother.

A friend recommended Elder Options to my family and Im so happy she did. They provide my mother with Home Care and Housekeeping services that are hard for her to keep up with on her own. These services have kept her out of a nursing home and we are so thankful for that.

After my surgery, Elder Options provided me with an aid. I was very pleased and comfortable throughout the whole recovery process. I am very thankful for their caring services.
