I love this boutique and spa! The clothes are high quality and stylish! The staff is friendly and you always feel comfortable coming in to shop. The spa services are amazing as well. I feel well taken care of every visit. The rooms are very clean and calming. Oh and the smell in all areas of the shop is the best!

This place is lovely. Ive seen been going here for waxing services for over 3 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The boutique in front to awesome, with unique products. I often shop there for gifts and can almost never leave after an appointment without buying anything. I highly recommend this spa.

I came in yesterday for a hydra facial and the lady did a very good job. She cleaned out my pores and now my skin is clean and soft. Definitely worth the money spent.

I came in for my very first facial and I loved it! Relaxing, comfortable, my pores never looked smaller and my skin glows! Excellent quality for the price! My tech had good communication, very professional and I definitely will be going back again! Now I wonder why I waited so long to get a facial in the first place!!

Estetica Spa front desk staff was friendly and helpful the moment I walked in. The atmosphere of the spa was fresh, clean, and calming. I felt comfortable during the whole experience. They’re doing an exceptional job with safety procedures & protocols. I received the absolute best facial from Lexi she did wonders to my skin, during my facial she took her time.. was thorough and very knowledgeable. I have done business with the team at Estetica for the last few years. Emily has been my Esthetician multiple times and their boutique has many amazing items that I have gifted to my family and friends. The service I receive there is always top notch and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for spa treatments or just to do a little shopping. I have multiple friends that have traveled from Portland and Vancouver just to visit them.

What an amazing place. The spa is beautiful, there is a stylish boutique in the front and the staff is so kind and helpful without being pushy or overwhelming. I am treated like family when I walk in the door and the services are amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

The place was ok. My injector had only a couple months experience, and it showed. So I was hesitant. She only did my forehead.She Wasn’t sure about doing the crows feet. I’m overall satisfied with what I had done.

I’m only 39 and It feel’s like I still have the same wrinkles in my forehead. My forehead lines are deep and wished they would of filled in more.

The boutique is one of my favorite places to shop! They offer high quality clothing that you dont find at other stores. The girls are always so helpful while Im shopping and have even went in the back and offered me new items they hadnt put out yet, just to assure I was able to leave with something I was looking for. They are all very educated about all of the spa products they sell, and have a product and/or treatment for any possible need!

First impression... this spa is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and smells great!! 2 very important requirements for me. The boutique is charming with several different selections to choose from, shoes, jewelry, clothing, fragrance. Front desk staff attentive and friendly but not overly so. After checking in for my appointment time, I was asked if I would like a complimentary mimosa..why yes thank you!! Another important requirement for me is punctuality, and Lexi my Esthetician was right on time, polite and professional. She explained the service and gave me privacy to get settled. Once we started the service I was putty in her hands. I even fell asleep! I felt that comfortable! My skin felt so rejuvenated and soft. I can’t wait to go back and try the other services this spa and Lexi has to offer!! 5 STAR ⭐️

Shelly is a great pedicurist. It is obvious she has been doing this for years. She asks the right questions of me about how I maintain my feet, gives me suggestions and my feet feel amazing when she has finished. She is friendly and caring AND she remembers what she told me or I told her about my feet from visit-to-visit.

My wife and I enjoy our spa dates. This is the only place I get her birthday and Christmas gifts. I go to the front desk and the ladies help me pick, then they wrap it fancy. The best service, superb experience every visit. She wouldn’t go anywhere else for waxing and facials.

Taylor is excellent and works well with my 10 year old daughter. Makes her feel comfortable and is very helpful with all questions we have. We both love Taylor and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in Taylors hands.

They cancelled my appointment for today with out letting me know. They also canceled my August appointment. I guess they dont want me as a client. Save your money and go elsewhere. Found another place at half the cost down the road.

Just had a hydro facial and got some great new tips on how I can tweek my skin care routine to take my skin to the next level. Lexi was so nice and great at what she does!

I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars at Estetica and was a big supporter, but as time has gone on Ive grown rather disappointed. I have sensitive skin, the gal that did my facial was absolutely wonderful, but she tried to upsell me on some of their skin products and assured me if I had a reaction I could return it and get my money back. Well, thats NOT the case. I went in today to return the product and was denied my money back and was told by the owner I could only receive an instore credit. Even after explaining the situation, the owner could have cared less that I was told one thing by her staff. She was unsympathetic that I was having a reaction to their product. She shrugged it off, said shed note it in my file and gave me an instore credit. SO.....Just know if you get the upsell after a facial and buy their expensive products and it doesnt do well with your skin you are out your money.

Shelley does an excellent pedicure. But with the price increase by management, and being far above the local price, I have decided not to use their spa any longer for myself.

Incredible place to visit. Went on a full on girls spa day. I love looking at the clothes until I see the prices lol. But it is a great place for a spa experience.

Just walking in the doors I felt peaceful. I’ve been coming for a couple years. It has become my second home. Now that the front is a super quality/trendy boutique! It is the only place I buy my clothing and accessories. I love buying locally but, wow the girls know how to find specialty items no other place has. The hats that I picked up and the purses no one in town will have because they usually only order one! The earrings that I own now are one of a kind in this town. Between all the girls they have gotten my skin care routine on track and I haven’t had any acne or break out! The waxing is fast and pleasant… Well as pleasant as it Can be. :) There is a private pedicure room, with Aveda aromas and candles! Sit and soak while I float up to heaven with a wonderful massage. Thank you ladies for bringing this spa and boutique to Longview . Ps the only Aveda you would find around this area!!! ❤️

I wanted to purchase a serviceas a gift to a friend & I had picked from their website. When I called, the receptionist proceeded to tell me that the price had gone up, when I asked if she would honor the price they have posted on the webpage she said “no”. To me that is very telling.. when the customers are the bread & butter of your business & you refuse to honor your own error on the side of gaining a potential client?? I define that as poor customer service & more concern for money then integrity. It’s a competitive field & Im certain there’s better here in Longview & they’ll get my business.
