Was a great place to go. Then they closed my local gym with no notice. I only learned this from overhearing another conversation. Luckily the other location was very kind and ended my membership without charging the remaining amount but this one did me wrong.

Ive been going to Flex Gym since 2011 and I loved this place for a long time. The gym was sold about a year and a half ago and things improved and the facility expanded. There were some problems over the summer with excessive heat inside the gym but that seems to have been fixed. I love the relaxed, cozy nature of this place.Update: I went there today for a workout and there was a worker there. The temperature was 94 degrees inside and only 89 degrees outside. The a/c was running but obviously there is a problem with the cooling situation. The excessive heat just sapped all my energy and I was pouring sweat with just a little effort. I may not be returning due to the outrageous temperature inside. Very frustrating.

Friendly staff, no contract, and is under new ownership who has done a lot of updating around the gym! Its clean and doubling in size soon! Childcare, showers, a classroom, tanning beds and a massage therapist coming soon! Im so excited!
