Be advised, as of this writing, 11/23/2016, this store has moved. It is no longer in the plaza at2414 Gilmer rd but a little farther north up Gilmer rd in the computer center across from OReillys auto parts store.The employees I have had occasion to deal with have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about these products.They have worked with me to find applicable discounts. But, otherwise, the products are not cheap. Still, the quality and quantity of product is better than what you get in a department store.

Update: Great toner supplier for small business. They deliver, give refunds for used toners and drums, and are always polite and helpful. Good customer service goes a long way ;)Ive tried both online suppliers and the local Office Depot. With online suppliers, I found that they dont fill up the toners as well; they just dont last for as many copies. Office Depots prices are much higher.All the Cartridge World toners so far have lasted much longer than some online suppliers did, and are at very good prices.Theyre also very helpful and will answer questions about printers / printing supplies etc.

Went in to order a cartridge. Was told I would have it on Monday or Tuesday. Called on Tuesday was told it would be coming in that day. Called back on Thursday and was told they would not be able to get my cartridge for me. Very poor customer service.

I have used their services for years. I am very pleased with the products and savings, but even more impressed with the level of customer service.
