Only place I rent from. I prefer to use small businesses because they go above and beyond especially if you have complaints

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Stopped here last minute to rent a generator for the store. The gentlemen loaded it fueled into my mini van. I was not able to return it on time due to the road conditions. They returned my call and said not to worry and they would swing by to pick it up sometime next week. Super straight forward rental! Highly recommend and will be using them again and again!!!!

Outstanding experience. I read the other reviews and was a little bit concerned. I went past my return time because some one slow was pumping gas at the pump and I had to fill the truck before returning it. I called to let them know ans they said thanks for letting us know and its no problem. I would definitely rent from them again! A+

We reserved a commercial carpet cleaner, but when we got there, they said it wasnt working and talked us into trying a smaller unit. It was worthless. No suction. When I returned it and asked nicely for a refund or even a store credit I just got a lot of shoulder shrugs. They said they couldnt duplicate the problem. Yet in their test they were just on smooth concrete, not carpet. Sad they are willing to lose a repeat customer over 40 bucks. Never again.

If Arrow Rentals has what I need, they will have my business. I am always treated great and equipment is in good working order at a competitive price.

Of the 10 or 15 times we rented equipment, had issues only two times so far. One time the equipment broke down and we were promptly refunded. Second the equipment wasnt Work Ready when we rented it which delayed us a day. I called and spoke with the owner and he resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We understand things sometimes happen with equipment (which is why we want to rent and not own) and appreciate the owner working with us the few times we had issues. Will continue to use them.

Called and reserved a dump trailer on Thursday 8/9/17 for the following day. Called again Friday morning at 0735 to make sure it was still due to be in at 0800. Guy said it was here in charge waiting for you. GREAT! Everything in the world is good right??? NOPE!! Get there at 0800 and said I was here for the dump trailer and the guy behind the counter says we dont have any in. Long story short they double reserved it and let someone else take it this morning and said we never had a reservation for you. Totally unprofessional and is obviously the reason they have bad reviews. Will not use them again.

Rented scaffolding for a week in June for $64.00. Returned the scaffolding three days later. Imagine my surprise to see charges for the scaffolding in July and August when I finally caught on. They were charging me $129.16 a month!!! Plus in June I was charged an additional $64.59. When I called the store, an employee named Chris told me it was my problem as they showed the ticket still open. He wanted me to dig up the receipt for the rental showing I had returned the scaffolding. I told him to get off his lazy rear and go count the scaffolding and he would see it was all there. Long story, short version, after screaming at him on the telephone he did go count the scaffolding and said it was all there so he would refund the approximately $330 I was overcharged. In the meantime I had contacted my bank to dispute the charges. It seems to me Arrow has a problem with employees fraudently charging cards so if you rent from them, be certain to get a final receipt and check your bank statements closely to insure you are properly charged. Given my negative experience, I will never rent from them again. It was a huge hassle to jump through the hoops to get my bank to cancel the charges and an even larger hassel to get Arrow to acknowledge they overcharged me. Stealing is stealing, whether I take $330 from your home without permission, or a company charges your bank account $330 without your permission. But, the authorities will say it is not theft, but a civil dispute. But, it is theft, plain and simple. It is best not to do business with thieves.

Good place for small equipment rental

Guys didn’t offer to load and secure the equipment, they gave me the chains and said “here you go”. They messed up my bank account. Didn’t tell me they close at noon on Saturdays, so I made a trip up there trying to return the equipment, had to wait til Monday. Not satisfied, and they are very unprofessional.

I have got so much from the and only had 1 problem with what I rented But they made it right.

Rented a mini x from here ...guys were very professional..will do business again
