The team who showed up to clean was over an hour late with no forewarning of the delay. Frustrating, but things happen. The couple was polite.They did clean my upper two floor windows. The tracks were wiped but still missed a substantial amount of dirt in the corners/edges, some spots were wiped but poorly. My windows supposedly had a calcium deposit and had issues being cleaned - however the exact same panel next to it was perfectly fine and cleaned beautifully. When asked about this, there was an offer to return and try again. I declined. I do not believe the screens were properly moved to clean and this is why those two windows dont look better. Additionally, some windows still have smudge marks, small spots, and missed areas.The rugs and carpets were cleaned but a few simple/small stains did not come up; which I find odd. Ironically, the two carpet areas I was not worried about look substantially better than those that only needed a light cleaning. The stairs were done well and to my satisfaction. I requested a pet deodorizer in two areas where the dogs hang out, I did not receive this service as quoted.My invoice was also $100 more than quoted and they forgot to move a rug and clean under it - aka missing a huge chunk of carpet. Overall - I would call the cleaning barely acceptable and I have no intention of hiring again. I did call and expressed a few concerns. They left without telling me they were done or reviewing any of the job with me - very frustrating. I did receive a minor discount due to the missed areas - bringing my total slightly closer to the quoted amount. They offered to return and fix some issues, which I declined.My mother had also hired them about two weeks prior for her sunroom and experienced the same poor window cleaning service that I did; missing large spots, poor cleaning, and subpar cleaning when it did occur. She also will not be hiring them again either.

The owner, Jason was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took time on what he was doing and did not rush through the cleaning process.

Awesome cleaning service!! Jason came in and helped immensely with a problem area on an area rug from my Yorkie and my carpets look great! My problem area was in our front room and now my pregnant nose and I look forward to spending family time there! Jason is professional, very thorough and very dedicated to his customers. We are moving out of this house and he will definitely be my go to service with our new home! I recently bought a 2008 service truck, it was filthy on the inside from years of excavation work. The interior now looks like the truck just came off the showroom floor! Absolutely fabulous work, couldnt be happier. Going to have him detail the rest of the fleet!

Did a great job! I needed it ASAP as my trailer had flooded. For something I needed done quickly, price was VERY fair. Nice guy. Even thawed my frozen water hose before he left so I had water. Would definitely use him again.

My hunny made the appointment and I was apprehensive at first because it wasnt who I had thought/wanted to go with. With that aside I was very greatful for the response time and availablity to make a quick appointment within days of calling! After talking with Jason and getting a quote from him for the house I was blown away! Not only was he extremely personable but also reasonable and down to earth! I am very happy with the results and am so pleased with the fact that my hunny made an appointment with his business! Jason not only made my house smell great he also made my day hearing about the plans for his familys future! Great attitude, great service, all around great! He even came back in and worked out a tough spot in one of the rooms I forgot to mention at the start! We will definitely be using them again for other services!

Good work during the time of covid.

Carpet was so filthy with years of tobacco smoke my feet got brown film on them walking around and my cat left black pawprints on anything wet. It probably should have been replaced. Landlord didnt want to do that, but Jason managed to make it possible for me to walk around my apartment without shoes and got the smell out of the carpet. When his first treatment didnt work, he came back for absolutely no charge and got it up to his exacting standards. Sure, its still terrible carpet, but he worked the next best thing to a miracle on it! If you want someone who cares about his work and your carpet, ask Jason every time; you wont regret it.

Excellent job cleaning our carpets! We have used other carpet cleaning services prior but we will NEVER use them again! We were highly impressed with the detail, effort, and how clean our carpets were after using PUIRI carpet cleaning! Our carpets stayed clean far longer aswell.

Jason went out of his way to establish his company as unreliable and his spoken word, worthless. He will noshow without calling, explaining or apology. first, he offered to restore our carpets and noshowed. As a result, we were forced to rip out the carpets. Today he said he would be over to bid on a new job before 1100. At 4:30 PM I called him and he said the job he was on went long. I pointed out that this was not his first time no showing and he snapped back telling me to call someone else. Let me save you the promise and dissappointment of asking Jason for help, call someone else. I am pasting and posting this on behalf of my husband Ed Sparrowgrove .

Price was reasonable and he did a great job in all rooms, but especially on a particularly dirty carpet (thanks to teenagers living in the room for a couple of years). Entirely pleased with price, quality of work, and timeliness in scheduling. Thank you!!

We just had our carpets cleaned by Jason and he saved us thousands by doing an amazing job preventing us from having to completely replace the carpet in our whole house. He didnt rush through any of it making sure to clean them very thoroughly. We would highly recommend him to anyone, we will definitely be using him again and he even helped us fix the squeaky floor upstairs.

Our carpets and couches look amazing. After having the flu and stomach virus twice this year we needed to clean and sanitize our home. Not only did he do an amazing job, but the price was awesome!

Called to arrange an appointment and the call went great. The day of, we moved everything around in the house so they could clean, and they never showed up. They didnt even answer their calls or let us know something happened. Obviously well be using someone else.

We recently bought a house and called Puiri for carpet cleaning. Soon after, we also asked him to stretch carpet and clean furniture upholstery. Each time, his work was great. On top of that, he is a really nice guy.

I had a sink drain pipe break under my house. I called PUIRI and told them what happened. They said We can help! They showed up with all the right equipment and cleaned up a disgusting, stinky disaster. They made quick work of it, and the price was surprisingly low.

8/18/17 Update: I had Jason back to clean our entire house this time. He again did a fantastic job! The cost was very reasonable and the results were awesome. He and his wife are very easy to work with. Jason does not rush the job and throughly cleans the carpet. He really cares about doing a good job and is a perfectionist. Ive had companys in the past that just go over the area once or twice. Jasons keeps cleaning the area until he see no more dirt coming out of the carpet. I would not use any one else!1/6/17 Work done: Carpet cleaning and stretching. I was extremely impressed with Jasons professionalism. He did not try to rush the job and cared about the details. He was very careful to take care of all our things that were in his way. Im very pleased with my end result. He also gave me many tips on how to care for carpet. The price he quoted me was a little less than what I thought it would be. I kind of thought that when he got here he would come up with something that I needed that would jack the price up or I would get a shabby job. But neither of those things happened. After the work was completed, I felt that I got a superior job at a reduce rate. I paid him almost double of what he asked and decided to take the time to write this review so others can benefit from his work as well. I will absolutely use him again and would recommend him highly.

I needed a section of carpet in our basement re-installed, as it had been ripped up by a contractor to fix a leak. I called several places in the Longview, WA area, and none were as helpful as Jason with Puiri Cleaning and Restoration. Jason was able to complete the job right away, and was super affordable!
