We werent sure what was wrong with our vehicle as there was no temperature indication on the dash and the cooking fan was on all the time. Whole summer places may have taken us for a ride, Kevins thoroughly inspected and ensured the radiator and thermostat was working and changed the fluids. $60 later and the van works great! No new thermostat or radiator. No expensive fixes. Honesty and integrity are foundational for Kevins. Thank you guys!!

Does not explain honest outcome of repairs advised 700 repair would allow me to use truck around town just have to baby it. truck would not even leave lot finally got across street break down waiting on tow service does offer 1/2 back but that does not help. If just honest up front and told it not worth it unless spend full 2 grand. Not honest with customers.

My a/c stopped cooling for the most part while I was en route to visit family in Longview. I was not looking forward to the idea of traveling back home in a sauna. I dropped by Kevins early one morning and they checked it out, and said I was only a little low in freon. One $60 service later, I was driving home shivering. I appreciate any place where a woman can have her car serviced and not get taken for a ride. This place is awesome, very friendly and efficient staff.

Theyre really nice, but the actual work isnt good. Spent a lot of money here to get an A/C fixed, and they said itll be like new, but when we got the vehicle back it wouldnt adjust between vent settings. When asked about it, they told me that it wasnt included in the quote, so I ended up paying another huge cost to have this fixed by them. Got the vehicle back, and my dual-climate controls werent working, and they told me that itd be another quote for this, so I just ignored the problem and moved on. My A/C has since completely stopped working after two years with the exact same issue.Under no circumstances would I go to the place again.

Used to be my go to place for repairs. I’m out of town a lot. Called to get oil changed on a Wednesday morning and was told “it would have to be monday I’ve got way too much to do”. It’s the little things that keep customers and it’s the little things that lose them.

The only place I want my wife or daughter to have work done when I am out of town.
