Erick and cole were great, they cleaned up the mess and dried everything out. They explained everything and worked with my insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Eric, Theo, and James were super responsive and gave an accurate eta. While evaluating the damage Eric explained the issues and next steps. James was incredibly easy to get a hold of for scheduling and updates, he even provided an excellent recommendation for other contractors. Theo explained and performed all the work in the estimate, he even shoveled the snow on the front walk. I hope to not have to call CARE but if we have any other restoration or flood issues we will definitely use them again.

James and company were great to work with. One of our rental properties flooded which left a disgusting mess. We were in a bit of a time crunch as we had a new tenant waiting to move in. They completed the job quickly and without any hassles. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were great to work with from day one. They came to my house for a small job-on a plumber’s recommendation. They gave me an honest, professional assessment of the job and recommended how I could take care of the problem myself, so that it would be cost effective. Coincidentally, a few weeks later, the water line on my ice maker broke, and I needed to dry my floors out. I called C.A.R.E.and they came promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure the rest of my house and my animals were protected from the dryness as the fans sucked the moisture out. Afterwards, as I searched for contractors to do the work, they were most patient and kind with my many questions, not only about workers, but also with questions that pertained to things about the reconstruction job. They had no need or responsibility to answer those questions for me, but they did, hospitably and professionally. I highly recommend these guys!

Had duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and restoration from our dishwasher leaking done.... duct cleaning destroyed our squirrel cage in our furnace, carpet cleaning caused mold from being to wet and they ripped out our hardwood floors saying they were bamboo and they cannot dry. Our hardwoods turned out to be oak flooring and was not covered by insurance due to possible insurance fraud still trying to get our money back when we were promised it would be covered by insurance! NOT HAPPY WILL NEVER BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!
